Excellent service and a wonderful place to reconnect with nature. I would highly recommend this property.

I chose Munnar only upon chancing the Treehouse at the property. And it truly did not disappoint. This property is perfect if you just want to get away and be amongst nature. Didn’t manage to do much coz of the weather apart from the wonderful hike to the river. But there’s nothing to complain since the property is a perfect reason to do nothing and idle the time away. All the staff were amazing and attentive. You won’t feel as a guest, rather treated as part of their family. Food here is like a typical home cooked food and by far the best I’ve had throughout my time in India. Thank you Ambily and the team at the Mudhouse for the generous hospitality. Highly recommended!

Where to start ? The hotel location is amazing with a splendid view over the valley and the mountains, the houses are extraordinarily designed to provide a serene atmosphere with anything you might need. But above all, the team professionally managed by Ambily will take care of any desire you might have from delicious food to local remedies as well as arranging all the visits for you the only thing you have to do is to enjoy as much as you can as, unfortunately, paradise does not last forever.

May be the WiFi could be made stronger all around the Property....but then the flip side is that, since it is an experimental Stay with Nature all around, it does not matter .... the beauty and Quality of the place takes you over and you enjoy the experience....

This is a small hill location which makes it offbeat with stunning views. The mountain view cottages were super cute and every detail in the mudhouse is thoughtful and meant to help us relax. I absolutely loved the relaxing deck in front of the rooms, the food was delicious and worth the money and to top it all, all facilities were sustainable and eco friendly. The walk along the canal was a new experience and must try.

One of the best aesthetic holiday you can have in Marayoor. They are exceptional and we stayed in the tree house. It was beyond surreal and serene. If you get a chance and love nature, do visit this property… Big shoutout to Ambily and the lovely team.

Perfect stay! The Mudhouse Marayoor is a Must visit if you want to immerse yourself in nature. Property location is a big plus. Appreciate the very concept of mudhouse and other props that comes along. No need to step out for sight seeing imo. Staying in the property itself is an experience. Hospitality is top notch. Food prepared inhouse was exceptional.

Internet connectivity is bit of a bother if you wish to stay connected with mundane life. But hey, who needs internet when you stay that close to the nature.

The property have got excellent staffs. Good for a weekend getaway from a busy work schedule.Not recommended for more than a night stay. Again, I don't find any comparable places nearby in marayur for a peaceful getaway.

Place ain't good for large group of friends..the campfire and barbeque starts early and ends early..

A beautiful property with (unusually) great roads and scenery to get to it! Brilliantly friendly staff.

There is reasonable Wi-Fi. And cellular connection only with Jio and BSNL networks. My Airtel went off the grid about 1.5 hours before getting to Marayur, until I got to the same spot on my return 2 days later. I was not prepared for that.

One of the best experience I ever had in a resort. Great location , near to a lot of local attractions. Excellent Service by the staff. Kudos to the entire team.
