Bathroom

Ideal location, polite and friendly staff.

The hotel is protected for fire by a fire alarm system but all the fire detectors have protective covers on them, thus making the fire system useless, the bathrooms have a wired plug just above the shower, God help anyone if the room gets steamed up.

Breakfast was average but the staff was excellent and happy to provide what was requested

The bathroom shower had an issue

Location

It needed repairs, the cleanliness was not there and even bugs were there. The air conditioner in my family suite was not working. Items on menu were not available for order.

Nothing was there to be liked. Pathetic staff n room... It looks like to me just like a hotel at railway station..

.Rude staff. Only one staff with extreme rude behaviour. He does not know anything about hotel hospitality and customer services.

Location is really good.

Lack of communication between the staff. Probably they are not properly trained. Especially they need to improve the financial aspects.

Breakfast is local food focus and was authentic. The restaurant was clean and large and nicely decorated. Staff were attentive. The room was clean, modern and the bed was very comfortable. Modern bathroom with western style toilet and a hot shower. Internet was very good in the room. Cash is accepted at reception, even after booking online with booking.com.

Noise from other rooms was very loud in the evening and street noise was quite loud while the shops and restaurants were open. Internet access was cut as soon as check out was complete.
