This is a beautiful house and checked all the boxes we had on our list to include the decking facing the beach and water. It was spacious and clean and easily accommodated all of our guests with room to spare. We had one incident upon arrival that needed our property manager's attention, but Marcia had the incident very quickly resolved and the weekend commenced without a hitch! It was a fun and relaxing time and one we look forward to repeating in the future.

Beach house was great, beach was awesome! Had to bring own drinking and cooking/coffee water. Problems with water pressure at one point was unable to flush toilet or toilet ale showed. water was yellow/brownish and sewer smell in all baths. Expect it is a city water system problem that must be fixed to enjoy the area.

We enjoyed our time together. The house was nice and this area of the beach is less crowded.

The house was very comfortable for our multi-family gathering. Everyone had plenty of space. The views of the gulf were spectacular from both decks and the living room couch! They kitchen was very well stocked the only thing we missed was a can opener. Access to the beach was so easy. Beds were comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

Our annual girls trip for my birthday was once again a success! The house was perfect for all of us. We had the best time sitting out on the deck enjoying the beautiful view - picture perfect!

This is the real deal. Owners were extremely attentive and genuinely engaged. DO NOT let the price of this beach front property deter you from making a reservation. You will definitely get what you paid for. I look forward to our return!!! 😎💯

This was our 2nd year staying here. Nice place and always clean. The only complaint is that one of the ceiling fans in an upstairs bedroom still does not work. Other than that we had a great time!

The house was exactly as represented, and we enjoyed our stay at the home and would stay there again in future.

The house was very clean. We did have a problem with the plumbing, but the problem was addressed immediately. Very nice Stay. Boardwalk right in front of the house. Just sorry we couldn't stay longer.

This house is amazing. Beautiful, clean, great kitchen, comfy beds, and just a short walk to the beach. Our family of 10 had a great time staying here. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!!!

Best beach house we ever booked. New, spacious living and dining areas, room for all 14 of us, adults and kids. So close to the beautiful beach, short walk over private dune walkway. Loved everything about this house!

Excellent home, well stocked kitchen. AC was not cooling well, called host and it was taken care of ASAP! She called numerous times to make sure everything was fine. Location was good, weekend traffic, but was patrolled often by police. Highly recommend this home for groups, plenty of beds and loved that each room had their own bathroom.

The proximity of the home to the beach just across the boardwalk was so convenient. The owner was incredibly responsive any time we reached out with questions. We had one small issue that did not impact our stay and they offered to send someone right away to take a look. If you’re looking for a relaxing well maintained home right on the water with a very responsive owner this is it.

Nice place to relax and have a great time

We had a wonderful time at Surfside Beach, Texas and will definitely make the trip back. The view was amazing and fantastic beach access. The house was clean and accommodated 3 families. Kitchen had everything we needed.

The property is beautiful and the location is outstanding. We had everything we needed to have a relaxing stay. The beach access is amazing and you can’t beat watching the sunrise from one of the two porches. We will definitely do this again.

I was able to BBQ, we had long walks on the beach & cable access was great! I bring plenty of food, seasoning - the kitchen was well equipped, even had 2 coffee pots for the drinkers. 😆 The private pathway to the beach, we set up our beach chairs & umbrella ⛱ . Captured great pictures! We loved the house, meet the owners. We will definitely be back again! ❤

Over all the house was nice. Sleeping arrangements fit the family perfect. Only had a couple of issues. Water had a very bad smell. Not sure if it was because TS Nicholas had cut off water for a couple of days or what. Cleaning supplies such as broom/mop could have been supplied and needed way more bath towels (there were 17 of us) and no extra linens or blankets. We went the weekend after the storm and was not sure we were going to be able to go but my contact was great at communication!

We’re not new to renting properties in Surfside. Outside area was a mess. Dead crabs and shrimp. Even after we cleaned it up, the smell was terrible. Dirty towels laying around outside. Picnic table was filthy. Trash laying around on the lawn. Front door knob was very hard to turn. Upstairs shower handle fell off. Upstairs door knob to deck was inoperable. Had to use the deadbolt. When we arrived inside, there was a huge wet spot in the dining room floor. Windows and doors were filthy. Fingerprints everywhere. Website says gas grill. No grill, but had a propane bottle. Sheets didn’t fit the beds, and very low quality. Website didn’t describe bedrooms very well. Cleaning staff needs some training. The positives, the house is fairly nice. Very close to the house next door, like 4 feet, but it’s nice enough, just not kept up. The contact was extremely nice and answered quickly. I’ve never left a review before with our other rentals, and there have been many in Surfside and Broken Bow Oklahoma. I’ve always just left four or five stars. We’ve never been disappointed until this house. I can’t recommend this house or this company. Too many negatives.

The house and area were perfect with the exception of the water that comes out of faucets. The color and odor were very bad.

This house is perfect for groups of adults or families! Plenty of queen beds and a bath for each bedroom. But the best part is the views and the close proximity to the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Spent 4 days over Christmas in this very nice, new house. You can’t get a better view of the beach and with such easy access. It’s hard to find a house with beds and baths that will accommodate a group of just adults (we had three couples and didn’t want to sleep in bunks)- this one was perfect.
