lovely new hotel

it was a nice hotel

great location, nice rooms

although it was great I don’t think it was a 430 dollar value, would have been better priced around 3-350

very nice modern facility

all the tables in the lobby were extremely dirty from the Friday night bar activity the night before. none of the tables were wiped down. drinks spilled everywhere.

It was cheaper paying directly with the hotel instead of booking.com

everything was nice and clean

valet parking but it’s to be expected in uptown Dallas

It’s a good location, good facilities and I especially liked the restaurant Good Graces. Though there was no breakfast buffet, the menu selection is good and the food tasty. Also good beverage available from Starbucks.Restaurant staff were friendly and courteous

Housekeeping service was very poor, they didn’t show or if they showed, would only change sheets. Floors were left dirty, bathroom supplies not replenished and surfaces not wiped which is ludicrous during a pandemic There was no bottled water in the room and if you ordered you had to pay a delivery fee of $5 to have it brought up from the reception to the room! No bell service, we were left to handle our luggage checking in and checking out The hotel is laid back and staff is not friendly.

Everything was wonderful! My family and I try enjoyed ourselves

The rooms were comfortable. They had great service and the rooms/hotel was clean. Hardly any complaints . One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. Good area.

Breakfast was expensive but your paying for the cosmetics of the hotel. The area outside by the pool smelt like dog urine but it is a pet friendly hotel.

The pool was incredible and the views were phenomenal. The cocktails at the Good Graces Bar were terrific and the burger was fantastic.

Did not wake up early enough to get breakfast.

Everything was amazing!!! Nothing to dislike.
