It was in close proximity to local shops, mall, restaurants and tourist sites. The property was close to the city center and I had a sky view of the city of Dubai overlooking most of the famous landmarks. The property was clean, well maintained and the staff was exceptional. Special thank you to Ahmed from the concierge desk who assisted me with my luggage upon arrival and was intricate in organizing an airport transport back home because I made an error and missed my ride. The attendant who cleaned my room #1435 was very polite and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.o

It was close to local restaurants, shops, city Centre, mall and tourist sites. It was well maintained, clean and the facilities seemed new. The view of the city of Dubai was magnificent from my window.

The room was very spacious, clean, had all the amenities you would need and more (iron, hairdryer, washing machine, toaster, microwave). I liked the design of the buildings and the room a lot. It isn’t a fancy part of Dubai, but if you have to be around this area this is the nicest hotel you could stay in. Love that it was so close to the airport (10 minute drive).

I felt like the internet was a bit slow.

BEWARE OF CREDIT/DEBIT CARD SCAM: this hotel will charge you in your card's currency and pretend like it is normal. Ask them to charge you in local currency (AED) and make sure you receive such from your bank.

Good service. Nice atmosphere. Very helpful stuff. The breakfast was good. Complimentary parking. Really good price/quality ratio. The design is great. The top floor pool area is awesome.

The cleaning was not at its best point. Some days the room would be left in perfect conditions but some days trash would be left in the trash bin. Bed sheets that clearly had stains were not changed to new ones.

Ottima struttura, a metà strada tra l'aeroporto e downtown Dubai. Buona colazione molto varia. Posizione abbastanza buona.

Sapendo di arrivare tardi avevo scritto in anticipo alla struttura che avrei avuto la necessità di un extra bed e la struttura mi aveva risposto positivamente. Al mio arrivo però l'extra bed non era stato preparato in stanza e l'anno portato solo in un secondo momento. Con un bambino piccolo e avendo avvisato preventivamente mi sarei aspettato che l'extra bed fosse già nella stanza.

Closed to my office and room size

I was not given room in time, waited for 4 hours to check in and the room was seems for handicapped people with emergency strings hanging all around which I checked out at 11:30 pm rather staying in it

Sehr schneller Check-in; äußert freundliches Personal; tolles Frühstücksbuffet; sehr sauber !!! Sehenswürdigkeiten je nach Entfernung in 10-35 Minuten mit dem Taxi zu erreichen.

Все отлично, удобное расположение , завтраки отличные. Свой паркинг и персонал который паркует машину, не надо думать и париться, приехал на машине отдал ключи и пошел в номер, утром пришел и так же к входу получил авто.

Srijana, Pauline and Irish is a great team at the reception. Hotel is really nice for all kind of stay. Everything is perfect.

Good hotel, very informal! Staff is very helpful. Great creek view of you take the suite. Complimentary bicycles for a joy ride along the Al Seef! Enough basement parking. Near to Al Seef area. Lots of shops, food and activities in Al Seef and the old city around - on a walking distance.

Suite should have balcony. Two rooms I booked were not near to each other and we struggled a lot to get them nearby,

Need to request complimentary item daily . Which I didn’t feel comfortable. They have taken deposit amount which is refundable but not yet return in my account .

Its exceptionally well made, Good location near Burjman Metro almost middle of New Dubai and OLD Dubai.

Shuttle services to prominent location should have been an added feature.

Beautiful hotel, amazing rooms, spacious bathroom. Metro station is like 3-4 minutes walk away.

I liked the location and the calm efficient guest contact teams.They were very approachable yet non intrusive.

Their 24 hour room service menu was limited for vegetarians.
