The hotel is well located. It is close to the airport and right next to a nice local restaurant—La Mer Rouge with a nice selection of local meals (fresh fish, fresh seafood and great meat)

The breakfast could be improved. A bit basic.

I have stayed here a couple of times and have found the staff attentive, competent and respectful .Upon leaving and having prepaid for my trip and shown evidence of this. The man at reception charged me a further 119000 djibouti francs without me knowing! When he showed me his computer screen on reception it showed i owed 183 djibouti franc which is about 50 cents .how he came to 119000 God only knows!! That really hindered my onward travel arrangements as all banks in djibouti are closed on Friday. Now 3 weeks on. No refund processed. God knows when I will be reimbursed. Will not be staying here again.

they are very friendly. I got a free shuttle bus ride to the airport

in the room there was no tea or coffee, cups for any hot drinks. the breakfast quality was poor and not fresh. the restaurant charge lunch very high with sandwiches meal.

The hotel is small, network was unstable and some of the staff were not helpful at all. I tried to exchange USD into local currency, but the staff was neither helping me to do the exchange nor advising me where to get changed, even though i wanted to split 100 usd into smaller notes, the staff was still not willing to help. The hotel description says they offer airport shuttle bus, and i sent my flight schedule one day ahead through email, but no one showed up in the very day and i had to take a taxi to get to the hotel.

They billed someone's else food invoice to my account !! I was not Happy about , they argued when I complained,

Helpful and friendly staff

WiFi was abysmally bad, only after getting a repeater for the room it improved, time between ordering food and beverages in the restaurant and actually getting it served was too long - even for scrambled eggs for breakfast. Breakfast options are limited and staff not refilling empty containers and trays on time and staff actually absent from the restaurant.
