Well appointed and very comfortable!

We live in Arizona and had an unfortunate circumstance with a remodel that left us needing to relocate for an extended period. We chose a VRBO because of our family size (including pets). Denise responsed almost immediately and went out of her way to accommodate us. The property is beautiful and I can't say enough wonderful things about Denise. She was incredible with helping us out and going above and beyond to meet our needs. She was available 24/7 and always on top of any requests or questions. The property is stunning and well stocked for any of your needs. I will recommend her over and over to any family and friends traveling to Arizona, and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful pool home in a quiet neighborhood for short or longer term. We absolutely loved our stay there!

The property was very comfortable, decorated nicely, excellent condition. Pool with heating option was a plus.

Stayed for a month and really enjoyed it. The home has a nice layout with great amenities. The salt water pool is great especially when heated.

This is a beautiful well equipped home. The pool and patio area back up to a golf course where we observed road runners and quail daily! The pool is a decent size and there is an abundance of comfortable outdoor furniture. The beds are comfy and the bedding is high quality. Denise is exceptionally responsive to questions and concerns. Be aware that San Tan Valley is in the far southeast valley, but the home is actually very close to grocery stores, and near Queen Creek which has many restaurants. It was quiet at night. The extra that we paid to heat the pool was well worth it as the nights were in the 40's when we were there. There is no cable or satellite TV, but the internet is great and we streamed our favorites on the large smart TV. I would make a suggestion to equip the master bedroom with a TV, and some hooks to hang clothing. (although the laundry room has plenty of space to hang our clothing) Thanks Denise for answering all of our questions and sharing your beautiful home.

We felt very fortunate staying at this home. It was spacious, quiet and beautifully decorated. It had all the right touches and items to use during our stay. The location was ideal for where we wanted to be and the communication with Chris and Denise was appreciated. Thank you for offering such a nice property. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay in San Tan Valley was perfect - pool is incredible ( salt water and water falls a plus! ) , house has everything that you need , clean , very up to date and professionally decorated . Neighbors were very kind and amenities at Johnson Ranch were excellent - from evening pickleball , to day time golfing at the pitch and put it was awesome ! We rode bikes , took long walks and enjoyed the incredible sunset’s …. Highly recommend to anyone who need to escape the rain or snow and need some TLC - dessert paradise !

We’ve stayed at various houses in San Tan Valley in the past and this was by far the very best! Beautiful location....Beautiful house....the pool was amazing to swim in and so relaxing at night with the light show! Definitely will be coming back! Thank you so much Chris and Denise! The Brown’s

We loved our stay at this house! We really appreciated the personal touches in decor and the bottle of wine was a lovely added bonus! The house was well stocked with plenty of towels, kitchenware, pool towels, and toiletries. The beds were comfortable and have beautiful linens. The back patio was just perfect, watching the sunsets from the pool, enjoying the birds visiting the saguaro made for a serene day. The pool is bigger and has beautiful tile surrounding. There is plenty of places to sit and enjoy the pool area. The view of the golf course is also a plus. You are literally a few minutes from the all of the stores. The owner Denise was quick to respond to any questions. The grill worked perfectly. We will definitely be back next year!!!!

This home is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay and the location, we were visiting family in Florence, but San Tan Valley has all of the amenities you need and it's a great location for home base. The pool is amazing, love the lights and water features at night. The beds were so comfortable and I loved the bright and cheery bedding, perfect touch with out being too much. Denise was very easy to work with and responded to messages quickly. I would definitely recommend this vacation home and would love to stay here again. My only suggestion is; the BBQ grill needs a little maintenance, other than that, this is a wonderful property. Thank you for sharing your home. Angie J.

This is a spacious and comfortable house and from the minute we walked in it felt like home. The home was spotless with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and beds with homey touches throughout. The home is in the Johnson Ranch area, so it was easy to get to shopping and the tourist attractions that are in the Phoenix and Tucson areas. The backyard oasis was outstanding with a grill area adjacent to the patio that included a table & chairs, a couch, and two loungers by the saltwater pool. This oasis overlooks the first fairway of the Johnson Ranch golf course. When the weather finally became consistently warm, we paid the fee to have the pool heated and what a treat that was. Communicating with Denise (the owner) was easy, and she was quick to respond to all requests. We highly recommend staying at this house.

We stayed for 2 weeks in February, the house was well organized, clean and had a great outdoor patio. WiFi worked fine, TV is massive, kitchen had everything we needed. We also appreciated the small personal touches like new toothpaste - because of course the kids ran out. 🙄 The temperature in San Tan Valley in February was pleasant, the 3 community pools (short drive) were kept at 84* and had COVID precautions in place. (The pool at the house can be heated for additional cost.) We used the FREE par 3 golf course and disc golf course within the community a few times, the kids found that entertaining. A car is helpful at this location but everything you need is less than a mile away, Mesa and Phoenix are short drives for day trips.

Denise was great through the whole process. Rented this property as part of a work relocation and after I booked the dates got moved. She was very flexible and worked through all the issues we threw at her. Good communication throughout the entire stay.

Awesome home, great swimming area, the home is very well laid out and furnished, owners were very responsive and great to work with. Would highly recommend this home and this was the perfect experience with the COVID 19 issues we faced in 2020. 5+ STARS!!!!
