very spacious room, with Tv and aircon. breakfast included was good. people at the reception desk were very helpful. This is good value for money compared to the other place I stayed at in Lusaka

as it is close to a main road, it is noisy at night. but nothing that a good pair of earplugs won’t fix!

location , easy to locate

the breakfast was not an english breakfast. the staff refused to accept USD for my payment and ended up charging me more after converting to Kwacha

VERY comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, big breakfast.

Low water pressure from the showers and WC doesn't function well. A bit of maintenance work required.

Breakfast is good, given the package, it is value for money.

Breakfast service is slow if one is in a hurry, for instance attending business meetings. Restaurant services don't appear to be ready to host large numbers of guests.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast had a wide selection. The room was very spacious and modern with everything I needed. Great location. Within walking distance to everywhere I needed to be.. I had a fantastic time and look forward to staying again in the future. Special thanks to the General Manager who is always there to check on the hotel standards.

Very big and comfy room. We enjoyed having the comfy bed, spacious bathroom, good wifi (this is very rare for Lusaka) and TV with international news channels. Restaurant food was okay

- The receptionist always seems miserable. Both times checking in doesn’t feel very welcoming. This is rare a country as friendly as Zambia. - The location wasn’t close to the centre and also not in a desirable area. When we tried ordering food, the order was rejected due to the fact that “it was too dangerous for the drivers to deliver to the area”.

The shower system is qyt messy, maybe a proper shower cubicle will be best

The breakfast was fairly okay. The reception ladies were extremely friendly and helpful assisting me source for dinner and settle in well.

The bathtub shower wasn't very good. There was no tub water blocker which would have used. the shower splashed water all over the floor unnecessarily. The hot shower heater was defective and only started heating once I tried pressing together its sagging heating plastic closure that lights when it is heating. I was worried that it could stop working any time. I booked using booking.com and the dollar charge value a the reception I felt the conversion used a higher rate that I have not found anywhere within lusaka. I felt it was quite high though I was asked to refer to central bank exchange which I am sure it wasn't the same. I also couldn't get machine coffee I had to go out and buy

Extremely comfortable home away from home. The room was super clean and the room size was big. Excellent staff. Food was good and affordable. Indian breakfast was a bonus. The hotel is not noisy and it's exactly what I wanted for business travel. Ideally located and surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants and nearby attractions. I used the self driven car service which made me save alot of money from ulendo. It's a hidden gem. I'm glad to have stayed here and this will be my place whenever I'm in Lusaka.

This location was not too far from the city centre. Transport easily available to get into town.

Didn't enjoy the food, also on arrival, they refused to take USD$10 notes saying because they will have problems with the exchange rate at the bank. If they had said this earlier before checking in, I would have looked for USD20 notes they wanted. After all I had the exact Money in USD they wanted but they refused the $10 notes, ridiculous. There was no where I could go to look for the $20 notes they wanted as it was already late (10pm). The Hotel should mention this on booking so that people come prepared. ( on behalf of Dan Saurombe)

The size of the room.

the Hotel is a little bit out of town. they need to upgrade theit facilities . The hotel staff are not plenty enough to take care of Guests .

They need to improve on the number of staff availabme at the front desk and around the hotel premises .
