As advertised, wheelchair accessible on top of a great location just off of Tennyson. Scott was great with communications and instructions. Would stay again!

Scott was a perfect host. We enjoyed staying at the Garage Mahal…perfectly located for various events we attended during the long weekend. We didn’t do any cooking but the unit has everything you need if you choose not to dine out.

This property is fantastic! It is exceptionally clean and well-stocked with everything you could need. The location is excellent, with restaurants and shops in walking distance. My husband and I went to NFL and MLB games while in town and were able to utilize bus transportation to avoid dealing with parking near the stadiums. The property owner is friendly and responsive, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to other couples visiting the Denver area!

To say that stay at Scott's was everything we ever dreamed of is an understatement: of the over 50 short term rentals we have used, Scott's location surpasses them all!! From the moment you walk in, you can tell that Scott thought in detail about what he wanted the space to be and ease of use for anyone who stays. There is a ramp from the garage into the space, a fully usable elevator and a shower chair available that makes this a great accessibility stay. Although we did not utilize the living room or second bedroom during our stay, they were beautifully decorated and very cozy. The master bedroom mattress was amazing and there is tons of storage throughout the room. The kitchen is great sized and allowed us to cook meals with ease during our week long stay. Having a single car garage was great and left us feeling secure at night and we loved the small patio space we had. But the best by far was the bathroom. Scott has decked out the bathroom with multiple shower heads, fun lighting and a Bluetooth speaker in the lights. That coupled with the fact that Scott checked on us multiple times during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and didn't need anything additional really put this listing above the rest. We couldn't recommend this location more and a big thank you to Scott for such wonderful hospitality!!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Clean, very nice amenities, easy check-in/out, and quick communication with owner. Enjoyed having a garage to park in. Photos of the property are accurate. It's a quiet home/neighborhood, with easy access to the highway and getting around town. Nice restaurants w/in walking distance or a short drive away. Would highly recommend staying here.

The place is exactly as advertised. It’s in immaculate condition and is in a neighborhood where you can easily walk to several coffee shops and restaurants. Located within a short drive to the downtown. Nice touches like modern appliances and smart TVs. We would definitely stay again

Look no further this is the spot! Quiet, perfect temp in house, clean, modern. All possible amenities…All! Dropped our kiddo at Regis, visited downtown, close to Tennyson, Highland, visited Red Rocks. Will stay here again. Thank you Scott!

The apartment is new, cute, and perfect in every way. We had 4 people stay and it was just the right size. Full kitchen was stocked and beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

We were amazed by all the amenities and fine details equipped here. Basically everything you can think of, this place has. It seems like this place was truly designed to provide maximum comfort and luxury. So much so, that I hope to incorporate some of the details in my place. I highly recommend this place to anyone and it’s also very convenient for walking to local places.

If you did a search for 4 bedrooms, return to your search. But otherwise this is a nice and well renovated apartment type with two beds and a comfortable couch.

This luxury apartment was AWESOME!! So accommodating, perfect location, spotlessly clean, incredibly modern, and communication with Scott was effortless!! We traveled with my elderly father, who has some mobility difficulties, and the elevator was very handy! You must stay here if your visiting Denver!!!

My husband and I visited our daughter, who lives in Denver, for a week. This place was perfect for us. Our daughter was able to stay with us, in the second bedroom. Scott had the place stocked with Tp, tissues, body soap, shampoo, dish soap, etc. The kitchen was nicely set up and we had most breakfasts and a few other meals “ at home”. We were able to walk to numerous great restaurants for many of our other meals. Scott gave us a lot of good info about the area just before check in and was quick to respond to any inquiries. We highly recommend this place and Scott as a host. We will definitely be back!

We walked in and immediately felt right at home. We did not want for anything, every detail was thought of, if we needed it, it had it. Scott sent instructions and pictorial descriptions beforehand, along with a detailed map of things to do in the immediate area. Very helpful! The house itself is modern and new and spotless. Plenty of bright light from windows on all sides. It has every appliance one might need for a 4-day weekend such as we enjoyed. Scott supplies plenty of products for the house to make you feel as if you’re staying in his own home including paper products, a diffuser for a fresh smell, cleaning products, towels, a garage door opener for parking in the garage, garbage bags for the cans, laundry detergent and fabric sheets. In the kitchen there were pots, pans, utensils, spices, foils, plastic wraps, etc. for cooking at the house and even condiments and bottles of water in the refrigerator. The bathroom! This is a bathroom above many others. It is spacious, has an amazing shower with a special lighted Bluetooth fan, and a fold-up bench seat. Scott also offers plenty of paper products, soaps and shampoos in here. There is a very large vanity mirror with a fog-free setting and a night light. The bedrooms are also very nice. One very large bedroom and one on the smaller side. The smaller one is very efficient with under bed storage and a rod with hangers on either side of the bed above nightstands….very smart! The larger bedroom is quite spacious, had A LOT of storage with drawers and hanging space and large night stands. Scott was very accommodating in all ways. This house is in a super cool neighborhood, which we wish we would have had more time to explore. Parks everywhere you look, shopping, restaurants, and the ability to walk and enjoy it all. We were quite impressed with how much effort has been put into the surrounding homes and businesses to revitalize the area. For my husband and I one of the most appealing aspects of Scott’s home were the ADA benefits. From the ramp inside the garage to the home, to the ELEVATOR (yes, elevator!), to the grab bars in the bathroom, and just the spaciousness around the Garage Majal for movement with a walker, all of these allowed us a place to bring my father for a weekend in Denver he will never forget! It is rare to find a home in Denver set up for something like this and we were incredibly blessed to find Scott’s place.

The unit was wonderful, just as shown on VRBO. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable to sleep on and the bathroom was AMAZING. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. Location location location, everything you could need is closed by walking or driving. I consider myself a bit of a germaphobe and I can say I felt completely at ease during my stay. Overall it was an amazing get away with our family of 5. Thanks for allowing us to borrow your unit while we got to enjoy Colorado.

Trendy upscale neighborhood with shops, eateries and boutiques unique to The Tennyson district. Scott is an excellent host providing a great place to stay. The space is well cared for, exceptionally clean and quiet. Don’t hesitate, look no further, book The Garage Mahal !

Scott did a great job in rennovating his 100 year old main home's former garage into what I would say is a vacationer's "dream" 2bdrm, 1 very nice bathroom/walk-in shower, apt. over a 3-car garage, one bay of which is set aside for the exclusive use by the guest(s),. The apartment has an open floor plan-with raised ceilings, nicely furnished, inclluding a large screen tv and a built-in surround sound system; and an elevator which we fould useful taking our luggage up smf dom from/to the garage. Furniture was very comfrtable and practical, and has a reasonably well stocked kitchen for travelers like us who enjoy home cooking while traveling in addition to sampling the wide selection of dine-in and takeout restaurants available in the Denver area, including a number within walking distance of Scott's rental apt. Additionally, Scott has dedicated-set aside (fenced in with a gate) a comfortably furnished outdoor porch area in his main home's backyard, for guests exclusive use; and was very generous in offering us and friends/relatives visting us during our stay the use of his entire back yard bricked porch area-with a built in fire pit. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about our 17-day stay at Scott's rental apt., the host, Scott-or the rental apt.'s location in the Denver area. I cannot envisoin a more generous, well-organized or amenable host than Scott. I

Property description was very accurate. Check-in was easy and the location was ideal for trips to Regis University and Tennyson area. Modern appliances, simple temperature control, nice patio, good coffee and coffee maker, and the shower was awesome. Cool elevator too!

This place fit our needs perfectly and was located within minutes of our family and the wedding venue for my son! The unit was beautiful and cozy and Scott was awesome to deal with! We will definitely be back!

Impressive! An exceptional property in a great location. It is obvious the owner takes pride in his creation. The rental is very nicely appointed, large master bedroom & bath plus a nice size second bedroom, there is plenty of room, and very quiet. A full kitchen for meal prep if wanted, there is a full size washer & dryer and the property is equipped with an elevator! Super nice, unique neighborhood with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is a nice city park a block and a half away, excellent for a walk around the lake. The owner is quick to respond to questions.

We would highly recommend staying at Scott's place!! We stayed for two weeks as we were visiting family and meeting our new granddaughter. The apartment was perfect for our needs, close to family and anything else we needed. Scott is kind, friendly, informative and was sincerely interested in making our stay exceptional - and that it was!! Thank you Scott.
