Both ice machines were broken. Door wasn’t sealed correctly. Homeless people sleeping on stairs and laundry room, police at hotel almost every day, room was not cleaned correctly. Hard to sleep because of all the noise at all hours. The TV kept cutting out

I had bugs in the shower and on the floor near the bed. One even fell on me. Plus the cops pulled me over leaving the area saying this hotel is known for drugs

I liked that even though it was in a big city it was quite place rooms were clean people running the place were nice and friendly

Got decent sleep both nights I stayed there. Usually I have trouble because I half back problems. Beds were comfy

Didn't like having a sheet over a blanket with holes in it. Was okay with it's comfort just need some updated blankets

What I have is a room for handicap I don't like it it's not so clean. I don't have any towel. The shampoo you have to buy it from them

this was the cleanest motel 6 I’ve ever stayed at. we booked last min so there wasn’t a lot of choice around. And was concerned as in the past motel 6’s haven’t been very clean. But this one was great! great location too

when I got there I was told my room wasn’t ready at 3:30pm to give them 30 minutes I gave them 45minutes and it still wasn’t ready I requested a first floor room got a second floor room

The front desk staff michael and i believe peggy (?) were wonderful. Very pleasant and accomodating. So nice for a change. Michael in particular was so sweet and worked to get us the room best for us. Thank you Michael!

The homeless people in the parking lot, lots of "activity" around. We only were there to sleep though so it wasnt a big deal and we stayed to ourselves.

people running around banging on other peoples doors in the middle of the night, people outside yelling at all hours, shower would back up into the tub any time somebody would flush the toilet on either side of us, toilet didn’t flush most of the time.

Overall Great Experience, Professional Staff.

One Lady wanted to charge me extra for a Refrigerator in my room. My problem was had there not been a water problem in the Main Building, I would not have had this particular room. I felt insulted by the whole process after 2weeks at this location and look my business elsewhere. Lady wanted me to leave the room go to my car and wait for a 3pm checking time after working the Nightshift 12 hours as I am a Nurse. What disreguard for the client. She could have called me in the current room when the new room was ready. Sad, poor situation to put a Traveling Nurse in.
