Breakfast was good! Location was decent! Close to everything I needed!

Need more staff at the front desk during check ins if it’s really busy.

Breakfast needs an upgrade.

Pool area was small and no hot tub. Breakfast was limited with food not as good.

Rooms were very spacious

Laundry room was open but none of the washing machines worked well dryers sucked waste of money for sure clothes were not washed and dryers didn’t dry even after putting small amounts of laundry and more Quarter’s for longer time. Elevator was down Building was extremely hot except for our room breakfast was the same pretty much every day for two weeks and you have to get there early because the lady don’t restock muffins or waffle batter once it runs out it runs out we asked her to refill and she declined she was very rude and definitely needs to be given a different job title because she definitely needs help with ordering and or cooking for 80 or so people For one meal you think she’d catch on. Was staying in the whirlpool suite where I wasn’t able to use untill last minute even checked out late because after deep cleaning the tub for days on end I wasn’t leaving without getting in. Jets were removed and man if I could post videos and pictures let me just say that it should not be used until being cleaned looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was installed black mold floating in and around the tub even after several Attempts of spraying the jets with cleaner filing and running the jets for 15 mins at a time then refilling and repeat finally got tired and removed each jet to find black mold covered in each one where i sprayed and scrubbed with a tooth brush repeatedly until there was none seen even after that there was still some in the water when I got in very very bad experience and the worst part was I had to keep spraying cleaner around the tub because if not little bugs would come out of the holes that were not caulked right. If u don’t believe feel free to see for ur self. I was on the fourth floor room 412 so if u see this after 7/18/2023 the tub in that room is some what clean lol

elavator out of service. Had to carry to carry on bags up to the 4th floor. ( NOT GOOD).

The bed was nice and the breakfast was good.

They let me do an early check-in due to an event I needed to attend, facility was clean. Everything was nice, and the location was perfect for the venue. 

clean, pretty quiet and room was larger then expected

ice machine on 3rd floor didn’t work so had to go to a different floor. shower door handle was broken
