The property was clean. It was just as described and convenient to all the venues in the area! We were there for a concert at AT&T stadium and were able to walk.

Mitchell was very accommodating from check in to check out, his communication with you is on point! But I CAN NOT brag enough about his willingness to go out of his way for you! I accidentally left my engagement ring and didn’t realize until I got home (5 hours away) in a complete panic- Mitchell went to search the house himself and mailed me my ring back!! When I tell you he’s amazing, I mean it! The property is a short 20 minute walk to the baseball stadium, football stadium is even closer. You won’t be disappointed

Great location. Walking distance to AT&T stadium and Globe Life Field as well numerous restaurants. Centrally located to see both Dallas and Fort Worth. Very nice and quiet neighborhood, lovely house with a private/relaxing backyard.

We were in town for an awareness walk and our party included 2 grandparents and a family of 4 (4 year old and a baby + 2 parents). This house was just perfect for our needs. The family room and breakfast room were separated enough so that the folks visiting at the kitchen island weren't distracted by the tv watchers in the living room. We utilized the Keurig, but didn't do any real cooking this trip. The location is great, just a few blocks south of I-30 and an easy walk to Cowboy stadium if that's your destination. I would recommend this host and home and we will look for its availability if we're in Arlington again. Thanks Mitchell!

The location seemed to be in the middle of everything. The house was very clean and Mitchell was very easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is very, very convenient to AT&T stadium and Globe Life park. We attended Rally Day on Saturday and the Dallas Cowboys game on Sunday night. It was a very easy and safe three block walk. The property is in a nice residential area and surprisingly quiet for the amount of retail establishments surrounding the area. Communication with the owner was superb as he always responded very quickly.

Check in was smooth and communication from owner was good. He was flexible with us to extend (for a small fee) our stay for a late check out to accommodate a napping baby. Property is located very close to the action of the stadium, however we were visiting family who lives near. Bathroom situation is rather odd… one “Jack and Jill” shower with toilets on each side — one in the master and one with hallway access. It made for 5 adults showering to be a bit complicated, but we made it work. When we went to use the shower the first day, we found the shower floor to be completely covered in mud. Maybe the cleaners forgot to rinse it after dumping cleaning water??? We had issues with the toilets backing up, however the owner was quick to come and “snake” the sewer line outside. Overall it was a fantastic location for our needs and the property “hiccups” were minor.

This rental is in a premium location with access to both the Cowboys and Rangers stadiums as well as Six Flags. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for visit to AT&T Stadium. Walkable to venue. House was as listed. Comfortable bedrooms and good space for 5 adults. Nice big kitchen and bar for gathering. Worked well for our weekend trip. Mitchell was very responsive to any questions and it was great to be able to check in early. It was over 100 degrees during our stay and we were comfortable in the house. Thanks Mitchell!

Super easy check in, house was really clean upon arrival. Was able to walk to everything we wanted and felt safe the whole time.

We stayed from Friday night until Sunday morning, perfect house for seven girls to unwind and relax and have fun. The outside area was great to hangout in, the couch was comfy, the beds were too. Nice bathrooms and big shower, plenty of parking also which was a big plus for us. The seller was easy to reach and provided all info we needed for our stay, thanks, again!

Everything was as described. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Quiet neighborhood, no issues at all. We enjoyed our stay and will return for another ballgame soon!

The house had everything we needed and more. It was central to our event we were in town for and many attractions, all while having a sense of privacy also! Will definitely recommend.

We loved our stay here. Mitchell was very timely with his responses to our questions and the home was very clean. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to AT&T Stadium and I felt very safe. The street was quiet too even with a big event going on nearby. We would stay again!

My coaching staff and I were in town for a coaching convention. Chose this place due to price and location. It was phenomenal. It is now on my list to become a repeat property. Owners were great. House was immaculate.
