We were visiting CO Springs for a change of command ceremony on base for our son. Brie could not have been more gracious or helpful. Her home was exactly as described. Very very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Multiple amenities to make it a lovely experience. Neighborhood is quiet and calm. Older area but felt very safe with people out walking their dogs. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property was spotless, great location and Brie's attention to detail and personal touches were very appreciated.

The house was located near the concert venue we planned on going to. The smart tvs were very useful for nights where we would watch shows together. There was a bag of popcorn and some beverages left in the fridge with a sweet note. Overall a wonderful place with great ammenities.

The house was very thoughtfully appointed with many of the little things you have at home: extension cube on the bedside; Kleenex and garbage pails in each room; all the light switches clearly marked; a welome gift of snacks. It would be a perfect place to stay for either a short or long term visit. Loved the location, too.

The home was clean and beautiful and Brie truly goes above and beyond with personal touches to make you feel welcome. I would definitely rent from Brie again next time I visit the Springs!

Our stay in this home was perfect. Everything about the property was well thought out for a person's needs. Comfortable bed with extra heaters if needed, lots of blankets to choose from for snuggling and it was very clean and welcoming. It snowed over 8 inches on our stay and it was so relaxing to just enjoy the day, knowing we had a wood burning stove if needed. The owner texted with weather alerts, and that was appreciated; knowing that they were looking out for us was a nice feeling. The neighborhood is very centrally located,with easy access and a big driveway, nice to park off street. It is also an extremely quiet neighborhood. No problems, just a great home to stay in. Thank you so much for an amazing stay, we will be back.

From my communications with Brie to the actual stay, we would all rate this VRBO as a 5 star. It is so clean, comfy and really good beds. Easy drive to all beautiful natural landmarks and also those places to just drool, like The Broadmoor Hotel. Wow! If Brie would have us again we would like to stay in her place. Thank you Brie!

The house is immaculate. It's an older home with modern updates and was perfect for our family when we visited Colorado Springs for activities at Colorado College. A lot of attention was given to small details including an adorable greeting "written" out on a Scrabble board! I would definitely stay here again!

This property was so cozy, we had enough room for the whole family. She was such a great host, quick to reply to any questions we had. This place had everything you could need for a stay away from home. The beds were comfy, the master bathroom was amazing. You can tell she puts a lot of effort into making her guest comfortable with all the little touches! We will stay here on future trips to CO!

We moved our daughter to Colorado Springs over the holidays to start school at UCCS. Brie was very sweet and thoughtful! She provided an atmosphere that felt like hime which helped us make this transition a bit easier. If you are looking for touches that give you that home away from home feeling then I highly recommend staying here! We loved the location and the area has several trails that we look forward to exploring when we come visit.

Brie is probably the friendliest and most accommodating host I've experienced! There were so many welcoming touches from snacks in the refrigerator to complimentary bath salts! The master suite is to die for! I'd like to visit again to just stay in that suite for a few days and never leave! Thank you, Brie! We will be back :-)

The house is everything that we expected and more. Our daughter loved cooking on the Blackstone. Brie is an amazing host and made our stay easy and comfortable. We look forward to visiting when the weather is better, so we can fully use the outside area.

Brie was quick to respond. Loved the welcome goodies in the fridge with a note. Very spacious layout, fit all 5 of us girls. Close to downtown and the Broadmoor World Arena. Nice to have tea available. We would have loved to check out the fire pit, much too cold this time of year. The master suite is beautiful. I would stay again

We had a wonderful stay in this home! Quiet neighborhood, home was clean and comfy. Our kids loved the bunk room and the master bed was soft and cozy. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. She added personal touches that made our stay perfect. We would love to stay here again when we come back to CO springs.

Adorable, cozy spot! My friends and I needed a place to stay in Colorado Springs for a couple nights and this was a great one. Clean, cozy and quiet. Brie was gracious and responsive and even left us a few snacks.

Great house in a great location. Only a short drive to Manitou and Pikes Peak National Park. Our dogs really enjoyed the big backyard. Master bedroom is huge with its own wood burning stove. Breanne is a wonderful and accommodating host.

Very accommodating, complementary items, very comfortable beds and blankets, fenced in back yard for our pup.. We loved our stay and greatly appreciate all the thoughtful things left for us!

Brie was great to communicate with. She provided a curated list of local restaurants, parks, etc. before we arrived. She also had sweet touches throughout her home like a fresh bouquet of flowers and snacks along with a personalized card welcoming us to Colorado Springs. The house was described accurately and was conveniently located to everywhere we needed to go. It was decorated well and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the items one would need to make delicious meals. The bathrooms had plenty of towels with little extras like cotton swabs, tissues, makeup remover wipes, and razors in case you forgot yours at home. The neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. The backyard was large and clean. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. Thanks Brie!
