This place was perfect for our bachelorette party of ten! We spent a large majority of the time at the house because it had so many options of things for us to do. It was also quick and easy for us to get to Old Town! Stephanie was easy to communicate with and was always quick to reply to any questions or concerns that we had.

80th Place Scottsdale was perfect for our group of 12! The amenities were fabulous with the pool being the star amongst them. Central location tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood.

We loved the property. Beautiful backyard and a quiet neighborhood, it was very relaxing. The house was spotless and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. I highly recommend this property for future renters. If I am ever back in Scottsdale, I am going to try to book this house again.

we were originally supposed to stay at another property in phoenix, unfortunately the backyard/pool area hadnt been cleaned. we called the contact to advise and they tried to get a pool guy..... we went to the market and by the time we returned they gave of the option of relocating. they basically upgraded us to a larger home and a great pool in scottsdale. i highly recommend their properties and appreciate their prompt response to getting us into another property in less than an hour

The house was amazing! Looks freshly updated inside and out. Stayed with my family and had some friends over and they raved about how cool of a place it was. It was very comfortable and clean. My family really appreciated the hospitality that we received. Huge pool, gorgeous new hot tub, large fire pit, putting green, and garage is a big game room with ping pong, dart a and a TV. Absolutely loved the place and the location could not be better. We will definitely be back.

My daughters, a few of their friends, and I stayed at the property. It was a convenient location and had beautiful accommodations! The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor area was fantastic. We would stay here again if coming to Scottsdale.

The house was a great fit for a group to experience Old Town and/or a golf trip. The host was very responsive to texts and very accommodating.

House was broken into and robbed during our stay. All of the guests lost everything. Owner refused to provide any reimbursement or support as we lost everything and their property remained untouched. Very disappointed overall and would not recommend this to anyone,

We had to find a house last minute and I am so glad we found this one!
We had absolutely everything we needed for a very comfortable stay, the kitchen was equipped, beautifully with everything needed to cook a full Thanksgiving meal.
We also enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, although we did have some issues with the pool heating, but communication with the management company was excellent, and they sent out the pool guy the next day. This house has gone into my favorites, and I hope to stay here again.

Overall, the spot was great for me and my friends on our trip. Fairly centrally located with stores nearby. We stayed pretty busy in our down time with putting in the backyard, hot tubbing, and ping pong. My only complaints are that the putting green had a huge bump in it and did not play very well and that the pool table looked like it was left outside for a few months in the rain and dust along with the cues. It was basically unplayable.

We loved this place!! The only issue we had was the bed in the master bedroom was not stable. It moved around on the metal base and the stability rods on the bottom would fall off. Other than that issue, everything was great! It was very clean, and the entertainment area was great. We would definitely stay at this place again!

12 men 1 toilet
Toilets flooded from bottom on day 1.day 2 different toilet flushed and sewage came up through shower drain. Landlord made us feel like it was our fault only to find out from cleaning staff this happened to last two renters also. Cornhole boards advertised in photos but none there. Pool table so dirty practically unusable. Positive notes …. Pool was great. Rooms were solid. Location top notch and ping pong table was brand new. 12 grown men trying to get ready for golf each morning with one working bathroom is rough. most of us used golf clubs showers and locker rooms by last day.

Great Place with a ton of amenities
Came here with a group of 8 for a guys weekend and some golf. The house is a short ride to the downtown bars and clubs. Great amenities at the house and the beds were very comfortable. Property management was responsive and very easy to deal with. Overall great place.

Golf trip
We were in town for a golf trip with 13 guys and had an amazing experience. The house is perfect for large groups, but would also be a nice place to stay with a smaller, more intimate group.

Great place!
Overall I had a great stay and really enjoyed my stay there. A few hiccups occurred like the bathroom sink being clogged. I also felt like the advertised sleeps 14 is a stretch, I didn’t think that was completely accurate of the listing. Luckily a few friends dropped out last minute so it was still comfortable for the guest. I would give this place an 8/10.

Amazing rental
Perfect location and so many amenities. We could not stop raving about the house. The owners were responsive and proactive but we did not require any assistance because of the detailed instructions we received. Will be staying here again in the future!!!

Great location, home is located in quiet neighborhood, close to everything. It was a easy 10 minute drive to downtown Scottsdale, shopping and restaurants. Grocery store and gas station right around the corner. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and mini golf. Home had everything we needed. Only suggestion would be to adjust the hot tub chemicals a little bit, only because it seemed to dry out our skin. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again. Clean, convenient and plenty of room for our family of 9.

80th Place has everything needed for a great time. Well stocked with all of the amenities as well. Short ride to the bars & restaurants. The property manager communicated great throughout the stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Spot
Home had everything that we needed. Everything was clean, bathrooms had the necessary materials, and everything worked as it should other than the fridge door having something wrong with the latch that was easy to work around. Outdoor area was great with the big pool and turf area. Surface around the pool is a little slick which could be a concern if you had kids there. Enough room for 10 adults. 8 could be very comfortable and you could squeeze a dozen for sure with couches/pullouts.
