Położenie hotelu i basta !!
Tragiczna obsługa personelu. Oschłość, brak znajomosci języków. Zostałem posądzony o palenie w pokoju JEDNOOSOBOWYM ja człowiek NIEPALĄCY!! Śniadanie klasyka,zaś wychwalana kawa to woda z proszkiem o smaku kawy. Jak można dać 4 gwiazdki w takim standardzie? Pokój 1-osobowy nie wiem czy miał 8 m2. Wyposażenie z lat 90-tych !! Nie polecam, to stresujące doświadczenie. Byłem 3 raz w Pradze ale doświadczenie hoteli miałem całkiem inne.

There was no shower handle, to shower standing.

Locatie goed. 30 mtr van de tram, 200mtr van de metro of 15min in 1 rechte lijn naar de binnenstad lopen
Badkamer met ligbad en geen opzetstuk om de douchekop op te hangen. Deze moest je met de hand vasthouden
Bedden: matras was bijna doorgelegen. Te zachte kussens

Everything was ok. The hotel is nice barocco style. Breakfast was excellent. The location is very near of old town. The metro station is in front of the hotel.

Breakfast was awesome. So many choices and coffee was great. They had eggs, bacon, danish donuts, cereal, bread and jam and ham. Location was not too bad-about 20 minutes from Old Town Square. Bed was very comfortable and big soft pillows! To my surprise the bathroom was also big with a deep tub that was nice to soak in after a long tired day of exploring the city. Very clean.

Room was small and slighly dated, but beds were comfy and that is most important for us.

I like the furniture and breakfast. Also the location is great where I can walk to many scenic spots. I love Prague the elegant city.

Fridge in the room was very noisy. They told me the sauna was only open from 8 to 19.00, but later it was possible to boom the sauna at 20.30 pm.

Absolutely beautiful building, very well located, clean, and comfortable. A short walk to the historic area, close to really nice less touristy restaurant options.

Location was great, just outside the hussle and bussle of the centre but easy to access everything 4 stops on the tram to the square, 120k for a 24hour ticket on the tram. Or 20 mins work to old town and all the sights.
Could have done with an extra pillow but didn't ask just managed so my own fault!

I just like the location there
Considering that it was a four-star hotel and there were no slippers in the room and there was dirty glass on the table in the room, the breakfast was not as good as a four-star hotel and the bacon was extremely dry and salty.

Centrally located, close to everything. Nice and friendly staff. Easy check- in and check- out. Good breakfast included. Will stay here again.

location is good close to tram station and florenc bus terminal and metro. despite being close to station the room was quiet. overall a good value for money accommodation
Aircon wasn’t working properly in the room. We entered the room after check in and was very hot and uncomfortable. It took more than an hour to cool down.
Breakfast has variety but the quality was quite average.
We found some of the stuff at the reception not very friendly and helpful.

Location was great, just few minutes from Vlatava river and the city center. The staff was great, very helpful.
Bad signal of the TV, it kept disrupting, so we ended up watching Netflix instead. Also key cards were magnetic and when kept next to your phone, they stopped working.

Breakfast was poor even thought on the last day I got her to make me an omelette. No iron in room and can only get your clothes ironed by professional chambermaid which is expensive. No tea or coffee facilities in room. Ac not working. No water in room
A lot of stairs so not good for disabled people

great location (close to metro station "Mustek"); within walking distance to main railway station; very friendly and helpful staff; beautiful and clean rooms
we had salmon for breakfast only one out of three nights; rooms a little loud (traffic) but it was okay; breakfast room hot
