Great place for visiting northwestern students (activities). The building is nice, parking is a great bonus, and the unit is clean and well appointed.

Great experience all the way around. Easy booking, great communication with the host. Spacious, very comfortable accommodation with indoor parking. Immaculately clean and very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items, linens and towels. Bonus to have access to a workout room. We had a great time! Great location!

Our 4th stay at this location - different apartment this time - but as before the place is clean, communication is easy, and easy access to downtown Evanston. Will stay here again.

We loved the condo! Beautifully furnished and very close to great restaurants and Northwestern Univ. I have recommended it to family who travel to this area a few times a year. I had a few questions at first and all were answered quickly and clearly. Thanks for making our son's graduation weekend even better! Highly recommend!

Overall, this property is one of the best properties we have rented from VRBO. Communication with the manager was excellent, easy with almost immediate responses. We stayed here for 5 days. The unit itself was bright and welcoming, spotless, well appointed and well equipped/supplied. Furniture, including beds, were very comfortable. Shower pressure (in both bathrooms) was amazing! Check in directions were clear and the process was a breeze! Parking being included was a bonus. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting Chicago as well as points north. Grocery stores, restaurants, shops and the lake are within easy walking distance. Don't hesitate to rent this amazing unit!

We have stayed at these properties (different units owned and managed by the same company) several times when we visit family and friends in the area. We always enjoy our time there. The units are clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The management is always very responsive and helpful and the secure building and parking is great. We also love the location. Michelle & Brandon (management) are fabulous! We look forward to our next stay!

Immediately upon entering, my wife remarked how clean the apartment was (she’s a real stickler for cleanliness). Host was very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. Convenient location. Parking easy. Heard no noise at all from other apts. Well stocked. Room size was good. 2 bathrooms was a big plus. We all fell in love with the massage chair. Extremely pleased.

This was exactly as advertised! Great place! Long walk to apartment from elevator. No problem for us but might not be best for anyone with mobility issues.

Stayed here for two nights to check out the university. Great location. Close enough to walk everywhere we needed. Nice unit. Kids enjoyed the pool. Host was very accommodating and great about responding in a timely manner.

This is really a comfortable home for 4 people. Very quiet, safe and convenient neighborhood. quick walk, just a Few blocks from lots of restaurants and shopping, 0.8 mile walk to the lake shore. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is perfectly located within walking distance of all modes of public transportation, plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores, and a nice paved trail for running/walking that follows the shoreline of Lake Michigan. The apartment is well stocked. The only items missing were dish towels and a drying rack (if, like me, you are accustomed to hand washing your dishes). The mattresses are quite firm (too firm for my taste), the dishwasher is a bit persnickety (getting the door to fully close to run the machine takes a bit of effort), and the deadbolt was quite troublesome when using the key to lock/unlock from outside the apartment. But, those were minor inconveniences and would not deter my staying here again!

The apartment is very clean and the furniture, bedding, and towels are in excellent condition. Kitchen is well stocked. The unit is in a nice building with access controlled underground parking. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Wonderful apt with comfy beds, plus rollaways in each room. Heating was a bit noisy and kitchen could use an extra pan perhaps! Bathrooms beautiful everything very new and clean, wonderful touches - slippers and a few few items there to great you. The host was more than helpful and responded immediately to every email. Great place. Lovely host.

We spent 6 days very comfortably while visiting nearby family. We were walking distance from everything we needed, a big plus. Our host was very responsive; we really appreciated it. We will stay again on our next visit.

We had a wonderful time in Evanston, and the apartment was very clean a f well stocked. Mihyun was so accessible and helpful, and the beds are really comfortable. The location was great for accessing Evanston, the north side’s suburbs and Chicago.

Thank you to Mihyun for a great stay at this condo. She is incredibly responsive. We misplaced our key and she let us in remotely within a minute of contacting her. The unit and building are super clean and comfortable. We loved the workout room, and it’s a great location with the ability to walk to shops or restaurants. Added bonuses were the covered parking with the rainy weather and the laundry room in the unit. Highly recommend this unit to anyone! We’ll definitely book again.
