Great facilities, all equipment looking new and working properly super clean and very silent surroundings. Liked the e-bikes for hire, although some were not charged and they wanted to charge us full day price when we were only going to use it for 3 hours.

The management really needs to be more professional. Staff called me the night before the check-in saying we couldn't stay there, and after some pushing, the manager took the phone and finally explained that it was because they "didn't want youngsters making parties and annoying other guests.". Leaving aside the fact that this is a very questionable assumption to be made, I clarified that we were 2 couples, adult expatriates, +30y old. They then said that in that case, it was all fine. To my total surprise, we received a call the next day, just hours before check-in saying they couldn't accept us due to overbooking. I said I would not accept that behaviour again and told staff to speak with the manager from the night before and stop creating excuses. I was already on the road travelling to the hotel! The person then called me 15min after saying it was all ok and that they "found a room for us". They gave us anxiety, uncertainty and anger, things you don't want as a guest... Not professional. Another comment is that the managers really need to give the staff some decision power. They call their seniors to approve everything, really EVERYTHING, from a late check-out request, a rental of a bike, whatever you ask them they always take the phone and call a superior... Come on guys, make it more efficient!

Beatiful new home, very nicely decorated. Kitchen which is fully equipped and even a washing machine and dryer. It is very nice to have your own home but the comfort of hotel service next doors. You are able to book the hotel breakfast which is phenomenal. We will certainly get back for a vacay or family weekend away!

Due to Corona everything is different these days. I long for the hospitality smile without the face mask!
