This place is in a very quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. We spent most of our time fishing and exploring the area so we didn’t take full advantage of all the things this place offered. My only suggestions would be a bigger kitchen garbage can and hooks for towels in the bathrooms. Melanie was very attentive and communicative. No doubt if we encountered an issue she’d be super helpful!

We were very pleased in all aspects of the rental. From the quick responses to our questions by Melanie to the home itself we were very satisfied. Check in was easy. The home is comfortable, cozy, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms relatively large with good towels, water pressure, etc. We all loved the pool table in the basement. TV great. Appliances great. The only potential negative would be the home is not mobility accessible since it is on 4 levels, but if you have no problem with stairs, no problem here. Overall, a great place where we would definitely stay again.

Gotta love fresh vacuum tracks--that's how you know this place is clean!! I appreciated the multi-level layout so everyone could get their own space. We had two toddlers who loved the toys (and, admittedly, the stairs). Melanie was extremely responsive to messages. The cupboards are labeled so you know where trash & recycling go, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and a convenient location to Lyons as well as to parks. Definitely recommend.

We came to Colorado for a wedding and this home was perfect in so many ways - location, rooms, comfort, pool table, kitchen essentials. It couldn't have been a better fit for our family!

Every month we are in a different state riding the many iconic canyons across the U.S., so our stay wherever we are MUST top notch for us to get the most enjoyment of our trip, and THIS VRBO makes our list for one of the best of our stays. The size was perfect, the neighborhood was supreme, the neighbors were friendly, shopping extremely close by, our destination was in line with what we needed. The VRBO had all the utensils, and things needed for me to crate gourmet meals for the crew. The outdoor patio was perfect for solitude and gathering, as well as the game room downstairs. I can't say enough about this VRBO. Everything was so easy and seamless in regards to checking in/out, access to the property, and communication. In summary.... GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

The house had a lot of spaces for various sleeping arrangements. It was clean. Others were easy to reach if we had a question.

We've stayed in a lot of homes and this was the best experience we've ever had. The home is very clean, the kitchen, beds and baths are well equipped, and there are games and a terrific playground in the yard. The host was exceptionally accommodating and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday stay in this lovely Longmont home. Exactly as described. Very clean, well-equipped, convenient to local shops and activities, located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Lots of games and puzzles to entertain kids and adults alike. The pool table for one received a lot of use! Melanie was a gracious host, very responsive throughout the process. Highly recommended.

Brought my family of five and two grandparents here for a wedding in Estes Park and trip to the zoo. The house worked WONDERFULLY for this mission being halfway between the two. It had a playground and toys for the kids and comfortable rooms for all. Very clean with plenty of space and bathrooms. The snacks left by the very communicative hosts were very helpful for our later-than-planned arrival. If my family ever needs to return to the area we’ll be staying here!

The property is in a wonderful location for all kinds of day trips. This house has amenities we've not experienced in other vacation rentals. In addition to supplying lots of indoor/ outdoor activities, the kitchen was stocked with food and beverages. The nearby lake and beautiful neighborhoods provide lovely walks. This property was perfect for our little family! We had no problems checking in or out, and communication with the owner could not have been better. For little ones: there is a baby bath, pack and play and high chair. For older kids/adults, there are multiple puzzles, a pool table, and a few toys. There is a play set in the backyard. This house is in a really good location, too. It’s only 45 minutes to Estes Park, which is a cool town with souvenir shops and local candy stores at the base of the Rockies! It also is less than 5 minutes to the grocery store, which is a staple if you don’t want to eat out a lot! The house comes fully equipped: washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove and electric grill. (I sent a message to Melanie the day of our arrival to see if they had a grill because we were stopping at the grocery store before arriving at the house and she said she did not have one. A few hours later she responded again stating that she had dropped a grill off at the house. My husband and I thought that was really cool.) All in all, we had a really great vacation and were so thankful to have this house to call our home away from home for a week! The only con to this stay is the stairs. It is a tri-level house that has stairs in the kitchen leading upstairs and downstairs. There is not a place for a baby gate, so be ready for your little ones to not play with anything else other than the stairs :-).

This Vrbo provided a spacious base camp for our multigenerational group as we explored the area and celebrated with our family. The host was exceptional at communicating with us. The kids loved swimming at the Longmont indoor rec pool. If you are gluten free you need to check out Aime’s Love bakery and cafe on Main Street. This house exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

Very nice and confortable

Spacious, clean, and accommodating .. our family was here for a softball tournament (Colorado Sparkler). The entertainment areas, common areas and bedrooms/bathrooms had everything needed for a week long stay. Felt almost like home. Quiet neighborhood.. hosts were easy to contact amd quick to respond. Definitely would stay again!! Two enthusiastic thumbs up!!

Came for a weekend to celebrate the wedding of good friends. My husband and I met up with my daughters and their two families. Having all the parks close by was great fun! The house was clean and had everything we needed for a 3 day weekend with 4 grandkids. Thank you!
