I got in very late at midnight and the person checking me in was so nice and helpful. I was impressed with the place. From beginning to end.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The gym was excellent. Breakfast was pretty good as far as breakfast go. We would absolutely return.

Stayed here with family for RMNP trip. RMNP and Estes Park is around an hour drive. Nice and clean property. The rooms were good and spacious. For me the kitchenette basin had some issue, otherwise everything was good. I wish the breakfast time was till 10am instead of 9am.

We were surprised by the large size of the suite. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher along with a variety of plates and silverware. The room was extremely clean as was the rest of the hotel that we saw. The breakfast was stocked with a wide variety of items. We would for sure come back and stay here.

We love everything about our stay and look forward to stay in future as well .

Hotel was great, very clean and offering nice amenities. Staff was super friendly and helpful, loved it. Only points really is the Queen bed - why not offering king size in those apartments, there is enough room and it would be better for couples. Breakfast buffet could also be laid out in a more intuitive way, and with more options.

The floors of the room were dirty. The hallway smelled- I think from garbage cans that needed to taken out.

We were in town for a family gathering. We usually stay at a different hotel but Home2 Suites was the only hotel with rooms available with two beds. We really lucked out! We could not believe that we had not only a regular sized refrigerator but also a dishwasher! The cleaners were courteous and very helpful when we needed anything. The front desk was also friendly and attentive. The entire hotel had a nice smell throughout. I don't know how they did it but that made entering the building so pleasant. The only negative was that we had to pay $10 a day to park on the premises that we weren't aware of before arriving. This wasn't necessarily the issue, though. The parking lot for Home2 Suites is not very big. Three of the five nights that we were there, we ended up parking on the street! Generally we returned from family events after 9 or 10 PM and the lot was full. If we had known that we would not have always been able to find parking on the premises we would have passed on paying for parking and just parked on the street which had plenty of parking available for free. All in all, Home2 Suite was awesome and totally met our needs. Added benefits were the pool, BBQ area/patio, and the gym. My husband loved the daily breakfast too! Thank you for making this trip more comfortable and convenient!

It was pretty nice I think we all had a good time.

Loved our room and how clean and spacious it was. The one drawback to our stay was the breakfast offerings. Most every morning there were no bagels and I’d have to ask if there were any. It also took a while sometimes for the coffee dispensers to be replenished. And being from the South, I would’ve loved to see bacon offered! Other than that, it was great! Front desk was always very friendly and helpful!!

Great easy affordable stay

This was our second stay at this property. Our first day was seamless. Our second wasn’t quite as great. We did arrive late at night, but there was zero on site parking. There also was not any bedding for the sofa bed. In the morning the breakfast had been so picked over that there wasn’t much to eat. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

We went breakfast at 6:30 am and They were out of milk for the breakfast. So, we only eat cereal without milk. Also 2 days in row they were out of butter, we are vegetarian and only option to eat breakfast was cereal and milk, bread butter. Also there was no conditioner in bathroom. I will prefer holidays inn next time since their breakfast is good. Also this hotel charge $10 a day for parking

Our first impression wasn't great. There was only 1 receptionist when we arrived between 5 and 6pm. She was busy making the phones while a line accumulated behind us. Another employee would have been wise at that busy time. The room was clean, but the hallway was dirty with a lot of crumbs and small trash. The beds were comfortable, and the AC was quiet and effective. The $10 parking fee is a bit annoying and I feel unnecessary. There were a lot of breakfast options, but I felt like I was walking all over the place looking for items like butter, disposable coffee cups, plates, etc.

Overall good There is a daily parking charge and parking isn’t convenient. The elevators are on one corner of the building and if you get a room on the other side it could feel as if you keep walking thru a tunnel in the corridors. There is a nice sized pool but had out of service for both the days I stayed. Got a room on floor 3 and the elevator call button wasn’t working so you can take the elevator to the 3rd floor but cannot take one on your way down. Upon feedback the manager returned a day’s charges, thanks for it, but I was there for a vacation with family and expected a better experience from Hilton.

Liked the comfort of room. Front.desk.staff were great. Issue with housekeeping one day but was quicky resolved.

I'm very disappointed by how dirty that my room was. Also, when I told two separate front desk people, one at night and one in the morning, neither seemed to be very concerned and I did not hear from management. Also, it's a breakfast. The selection was very poor this time and the last time that I stayed, they seemed to be surprised by the fact that their hotel was sold out.

Covenant to walking/running/bike trail. Used as a base to drive to the Rocky Mountain National Park. Staff was very nice. Hotel was pretty busy, so parking can get limited if you leave during the day and return in the evening. The breakfast options got limited too. Yogurt machine out of service most of the week. Ran out of milk one day. Staff did their best to keep items stocked, but you might have to wait on many items to get restocked

Asked for rooms close, ended up two floors apart. Property didn't keep up with maintenance of pool so it closed the day we got there and was closed the remainder of our stay so they could get it back to where it needed to be, we had a bunch of very disappointed kids. Yogurt ran out both days at breakfast by 8ish, was never refilled. Otherwise breakfast choices were good. Have to pay for parking but then there's not enough spaces for everyone to park and end up parking on the street instead.

Our hotel room was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast had many options, and plenty of seating. The only issues at the hotel was that the call button was broken for the elevator on our floor, and staff did not always answer the phone to manually send the elevator car up. Additionally, parking was very limited.

It seemed they did not know how to maintain enough supplies. The breakfast buffet was very limited and poor quality with cold food and frequently being out of items. We had to ask for refills on bathroom supplies such as toilet paper. They also provided shampoo and no conditioner and when we asked they did give us some but very little. We also couldn’t park on property 2 nights we were there bc of limited parking spaces.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was on point. Although one thing I would suggest is the front desk staff to be more polite and friendly. They seemed to be bother every time they us (Latinos) when we would pass by. Other than that the hotel is great.

Well kept hotel. Evening check-in person very friendly and efficient. Six night stay, zero problems except poorly serviced breakfast; one attendant who seemed routinely overwhelmed. Inconsistent availability of basic breakfast items. Food choices and quality decent, but below Hilton standards each day. Everything else excellent. Their $10 nightly parking charge is offensive.

The Longmont property was wonderful! Clean, great accommodations, great amenities, good breakfast options, the staff were very kind and professional. Parking was nice (too bad we have to pay for parking) but if we came back late in the evening to the hotel, we had to park in the street. No available spots in hotel parking lot. That would be my only complaint The property otherwise was awesome and I would highly recommend it to others!!

Internet & phone not consistent Housekeeping showed up once for 6 night stay

I asked for a top floor quiet room and was told that they already assigned a room and can’t change it. Of course I was awaken at 2:40 am with the people above walking and stomping for an hour. Also was surprised to be charged $10 for parking

Room was large and very clean. We didn’t appreciate the added parking fee for seemingly no reason. All fees should have been included in original booking. We would stay at this hotel again.
