Great house for exploring Longmont! Loved being close to Main Street. Fenced backyard was perfect for our dog. Looking forward to visiting Longmont again and will definitely stay here!

Joe's place was great: Lots of space and we were able to get anywhere in Longmont pretty quickly due to the location. It was very clean and had everything we needed.

Property was spotless, everything worked as it should. Owner was gracious and available (he is local). I would definitely stay there again. I recommend to anyone.

This place has lots of room with comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Great heating system, which I appreciate in Colorado fall and winter. Good neighborhood. Very clean place. Could use a dishwasher, but has great laundry room downstairs. Well equipped modern kitchen. Beds were fine. Plenty of seating upstairs and downstairs. Pretty good communication. Well located including only 8 minutes to McIntosh Lake for great morning walks or runs as well as being close to Main Street. I would definitely stay again!

We were a group of three adults and one child. This house was excellent. Communication with the host was great, he was quick to address any concerns and answer any questions. Could not have asked for better service from that perspective. The house was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was easy to use. I think my only complaint was the couch in the basement to use while watching TV, I did not find comfortable, but we did not watch that much TV so it didn't hinder us. I would definitely stay in this house again. Loved that I could park my car in the garage, loves that it had a fenced in yard for our young kid, loved the sunroom off the back to enjoy morning coffee. The neighborhood was safe, clean, and convenient. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed Colorado with four nights of music and then headed back home. We had an absolute blast. Joes place was very well maintained and just as I expected. Nice pad, thank you for sharing it with us for a few days!!!

Comfortable and very clean home. Owner communications were prompt and clear. Convenient location, easy to navigate to local coffee shops, restaurants and shopping.

Lovely home. So clean and inviting. We had older generation family members who stayed on the main level with minimal steps. The shower/tub combo were hard for them to get out and grab bars would be helpful. Because we were limited to the main floor, a TV would have been nice. Otherwise, a very nice home.

This property is beautiful, loved everything about it. Joe was so helpful and nice. The whole experience was top notch. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. I didn't want to leave!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was super clean, very cozy and had everything we needed. We were traveling with our two dogs and they really enjoyed the fenced yard. Neighborhood was great and very friendly.

My family and I were in Longmont for a memorial service. I appreciated that this house was centrally located, comfortable with plenty of space and well equipped. We had one issue but Joe responded immediately. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental!

Blue Bird Base Camp is a fabulous property! It is so cute, super clean and comfortable. My sisters and I met in Longmont for a get together and we could not have asked for a perfect home and location. I have stayed in a lot of VBRO properties is this is one of the best. The pictures and description do not do justice. Communication with Joe was very simple and he quickly responded to any questions. We were so impressed how polite all written communication in the home was presented. There were no “no” , just please and thank you. So cordial. One of my sisters is hoping to come back to Longmont with her family and will most definitely stay here.

What a great home to stay in! Updated yet distinctly funky retro vibe in all the right places. Located in a quiet neighborhood yet easily accessible. Clean and cute! The property owner is local and extremely helpful. Would recommend 10/10! We are already planning on staying here again soon.

This house was a wonderful space that just kept going and going. The upstairs alone was enough for just the two of us but the downstairs was almost as big as the upstairs. Updated in all the right places like the bathrooms, and appliances but the house retains many of the original elements making it a fun place to stay. It stayed warm and cozy event when it got 15 below zero outside. Great location, pet friendly, highly recommend.

The house is easy to find and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms and a great hangout space downstairs.

The house was great. We had 4 adults and 5 kids ages 12 to 1.5 years old. There was plenty of space for everyone, the kids loved the downstairs area to play, the fenced yard was wonderful to get some after dinner energy out and the location was great for our exploration of Rocky Mtn National Park, Boulder and the Denver area. If we ever vacation out here again would definitely stay here again.

It was perfect for everyone to stay close and very nicely decorated. Was great to be with all my family in one place everything we needed was close and the house had all we needed. Thanks for making my wedding so special. Highly recommend

The house was roomy and comfortable. Good parking for 2 or more vehicles. Some good restaurants in old town Longmont. 20 -25 minutes from Boulder. Residential neighborhood.

Three couples and an infant stayed at the property and were pleased to find an additional bedroom and living area downstairs. That space was used by Mom, Dad and baby and provided more privacy for a crying baby! Thank you Terry for your great communication!

Owner was extremely communicative and helpful! The property was very clean, well kept and very spacious. The house was well equipped, the beds were all very comfortable (my wife actually took a picture of the pillows as they were better than our own), she also commented on the quality of the bath towels. The kids LOVED the “football game” (aka foosball table) and looked forward to playing a game or two before bed each night. The house was in a great neighborhood, close to dining and centrally located to everything we were looking to do in the area. Would highly recommend this property and will definitely look to stay here the next time we visit!!

Everything worked out really well for us! Was impressed with the kitchen, plenty of hand towels, cookware, cleaning supplies, etc. Most places have not been well stocked since Covid. Only needed a 1 cup measuring cup but was able to make do. Thought maybe a TV would work great upstairs if possible, the stairs were somewhat of an inconvenience but that is because we arent young anymore and dont do stairs well. but did like the basementsetup. Only suggestions I can think of would maybe be more hooks for clothes, altho you did have closets. Maybe some of the foldable luggage holders for additional suitcases. Thanks for the night lights, they were appreciated, alot of places dont have. Will definitely check into this place again in the future. Thanks for the nice stay, wished it had of snowed some.
