The room was perfect for our family.

The sofa bed was larger than the actual bed in bedroom and pool was closed. I wished we had been notified prior to our stay about this because it was a big selling point in our choice. we had to go across the parking lot in single digit temps if we wanted our kids to swim.

Perfect location. Everything we needed in a hotel.

The beds were okay but not the best. The furniture was very uncomfortable.

The staff was friendly and prompt in providing the needed items. Coffee was available early in the morning.

I had to request toilet paper and a hair dryer upon arriving and finding my room did not have these items. Noticed several spiders during my 4 day stay.

My card was charged several times for the wrong price and no one seemed to care. Our room was dirty and you had to use extreme force when opening and closing the door. Then you had to pay to use laundromat to wash clothes. The carpet was taped and had a water leak in the floor which they had a fan blowing to keep it dry. For almost $1900 for six days it was such a low class hotel and by far the worse one I have ever booked! Book your vacation early because this is what you get last minute!

The pool was closed after they told us it would be open for our stay.Also Fire Pit was not working and ppl were using it as an ash tray!

The bed was very comfortable. Location was nice and accessible to restaurants. Overall great stay.
