Your basic hotel. Farther out from Boulder than we wanted but had everything we needed.

The hotel is heavily perfumed to cover really odd smells, which triggers migraines for me. I could not stay there and had to find a different place to stay the night.

This is a GREAT value hotel in our family's opinion. It was clean, efficient and comfortable in every aspect. The room size is really, really good, bigger than most. Huge advantage with other hotels of the same price point. Friendly staff, coffee & to water for tea all the time and we were very happy!!

it was my mom's birthday. We stayed for three days and I'm glad I picked this hotel. I will definitely be staying another time maybe all the other times that I visit Colorado. The rooms are clean. The workers are amazing and the location has a lot of great restaurants.

The staff were friendly, courteous and professional. We had an issue with a stove in our room and maintenance had it repaired in under 30 minutes. We rented a suite and it was very roomy, clean and quiet. I have already recommended this hotel to family.

We really enjoyed the property. Small maintenance blemishes here and there and no knowledge given of room cleaning services for our stay by the staff until we called but all in all hotel gave us comfortability for our long stay. Kitchen with dish-ware and utensils was awesome!

The hotel did not have the rooms for us which we had booked 2 months in advance and also when we called them the same day to confirm our check in. The receptionist Ali was rude and unprofessional when we voiced our frustrations of not having the rooms when we got there late at night after a 6 hour flight. His attitude was we don’t have a room, what will you do etc etc. finally we had to leave and get a room in a seperate hotel at 12AM at higher costs because of the unprofessional behavior of this hotel. I would rate it -5 a.

The property was very nice. The staff was very friendly. We had to end our stay earlier than expected and there was zero hassle with check out. I do wish that they would empty trash and provide fresh towels at least every 2 days. Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay.

We were very pleasantly surprised to find that the "room" was actually more like a one bedroom apartment with separate bedroom and kitchen/den rooms. Very spacious. There are lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel does allow pets which caused my animal allergies to kick in from what I believe may have been some minimal pet dander on the couch. This room was very clean and there was no pet odor or any other signs the room had been previously occupied by pets so if I hadn't seen the other guests with pets, I would have been mystified as to why my sensitive allergies were acting up. I will be staying at this properly during my next stay and will simply drape the couch with one of the spare sheets the hotel thoughtfully leaves in the room, at which point I believe my allergies will be fine.
