Comfortable and clean
Kitchen is well equipped
Location is perfect. Close enough to town and in a quiet area.

Location was perfect. Quiet, relaxing, comfortable.Loved waking up to a beautiful view with a wrap around deck. The home had a homely feel to it with stunning detail throughout. The tapa cloth was a gorgeous feature. Spacious and accommodating for large families. I highly recommend as it was value for money and very well equipped.Couldnt fault this property as I was very impressed. Lovely hosts, excellent communication. Look forward to returning 😊
Driveway was quite steep to get In and out of. But no major issue as the home over exceeded our expectations.

It was perfect! Homey, clean, big, 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, dishwasher, washer and dryer, kids toys and family board games, big dining table, big kitchen, nice and comfortable living room, WiFi, private car parking spot and the view.... Wow

Property was great, clean and spacious with an amazing view from the deck over the estuary and being able to listen and see all of the bird life was a highlight

Michaela and Danilo's place was perfect for our little group of 4 adults and 3 kids. The location was great. The apartment was really clean and had everything we needed.
It was beautiful and really quiet. The kids loved it as well.
We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

The apartment is beautiful, so tastefully decorated. We arrived late evening so it was dark. The owner had made sure that the lights were on so it felt really welcoming.
The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The views are phenomenal, you could spend hours sat on the balcony taking it all in. The host is very attentive and left towels and suncream ready so you can easily spend a day at the beach.
It is a short drive into paihia where there is lots to see and do. We particularly enjoyed the half day island tour.
Everything was great, we didn't want to leave!

Was an easy check in, beautiful home. Spectacular view and spotless. Loved how it was roomy accommodated a group of us perfectly. The price for what we got was perfect.

The home was clean and comfortable. Michaela and Dan provided all the amenities above and beyond our needs. All the fixtures, beds, sofas etc were of top quality.
The driveway to the home was very steep. One of our family members with bad knees had difficulty getting to and climbing up.

Huge and extremely comfortable property. Private, quiet and peaceful. Lovely deck (including bbq) overlooking rainforest.
Hosts have thought of everything to make for a most relaxing stay.

This place is amazing! the decorations are so pretty and homely, but you still feel like you’re in a deluxe stay. The showers are amazing and there are lots of amenities which was a life saver. We had the best time away and all want to come back! The property is a good location from paihia and still nice and secluded because of the surrounding bush and wildlife.

The house is in a very quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable and relaxed. Beautifully decorated. Cutlery and crockery are new and more than enough. We can highly recommend this place to others.

Very thoughtful and generous hosts at this lovely holiday home. The house was super clean, modern and cozy, with an amazing view out on the deck. Would definitely come and stay again!
