Spacious, clean although I saw a few black ants running in the bathroom everyday but they dont affect me, comfortable bed; aircon can be controlled to comfortable level

Breakfast variety is limited, I ate almost the same thing everyday for 6 days; I booked this hotel because of its launderette service but that level was under renovation so I have to do the washing in my room, very disappointed

Abbiamo saputo soltanto il giorno prima che per problemi tecnici tutto il piano ove situata la piscina, la spa e la palestra erano inaccessibili. Non è stato corretto da parte loro dircelo solo il giorno prima. Mi sarei aspettato un upgrade o uno sconto sul pernottamento ma la soluzione trovata dalla struttura è stata una navetta per andare in un altro hotel per usufruire della piscina. Assolutamente no. Il personale mi è sembrato poco cordiale e disponibile

Very clean and the apartment was a good size and well equipped. Staff very helpful and friendly

Location. Overlooked a building site and large place of religious worship. Meaning we were woken at 3:45am with call to prayer which lasted an hour. Workmen then started on building site as soon as it was light (on a Sunday) Windows need soundproofing!!

Nice view at pool area

- drains of shower/bathroom really stank. It made me sick. - I tried to order food via scanning the barcode in the room but the webpage did not work. The payment did not go through (even though I order something with exactly the same card the day before). I tried to order the food at 20:30 and went to reception at 20:50 to order directly with them after giving up trying to do it online. They then informed me that the kitchen has already closed. The fact that you could not order any food OR drinks to the room after 21:00 is very poor in my opinion.

Ruim appartement, fijne bedlakens

De maaltijden en de service wanneer wij 40 min na inchecktijd pas konden inchecken. Slechte communicatie hierin en denkt niet klantgericht na. Wij moeten naar de receptie lopen voor duidelijkheid i.p.v. dat ze naar ons toekomen. Ook vragen wij als compensatie een gratis ontbijt, dit bieden zij niet uit zichzelf aan na lange wachttijd.

all was perfect except the WIFI which was even not existing. I have tio use my 4G from phone

Missing fresh beer (no bintang please) on the bar corner at the lobby they sales only spirit and wine

Struttura molto bella e con servizi adeguati

Il cibo del servizio in camera non era niente di che e lo standard di pulizia non è paragonabile a quello europeo

Zimmer sauber und sehr geräumig. Die Trinkwasser-Anlage war sehr nützlich. Der Zimmerservice war unkompliziert und das Essen sehr lecker.

There new structures next hotel very very noisy also a lot of mosques and they just play quran very loud at night , I’m Muslim but this activity not good, very annoying

Everyone at the hotel was very helpful. I needed to stay a few hours after my check-out and they helped me with free-of-charge late check-out, kept my luggage in their storage room, and let me spend the rest of the day at the pool until I had to go to the airport. I had a great experience at their hotel.
