Breakfast was good but the menu hardly changed from dsy to day.

Maintenance & upkeep needs improvement. Stayed here pre-covid and it was a lot nicer then.

The hotel was ok apart from bad maintenance with blocked drains, towel rail falling of the wall when used for the first time, the door security catch not operational and too noisy. We prefer the Kristal hotel. The staff however were very good.

Spacious room. Good breakfast with various choice and nice view to the swimming pool. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pillow and blanket are very comfortable.

The room is not very clean with mold on the wall (although it's not much). Windows cannot be openned so we cannot enjoy any fresh air .

The outdoor restaurant is green.

So smelly and the rooms are smoking. They have informed us to give me a non smoking room. But the smell was so disgusting.

Check in was took a very long time, they said that our rooms was not ready yet, at 4 PM, hours after check out time of previous guest. Moreover, we have to call the room service just because the room amenity not complete right after we entered to the room.

drainage in the bathroom was terrible the gym was poorly maintained - the treadmills were not working properly; the equipment wasn't cleaned regularly.

I like it because it's convenient and close to everything.

The Air conditioning system is not working. I have booked 2 deluxe rooms and they both were really hot. I have asked the engineer guys to fix them but it's still not working. I don't recommend booking deluxe room but their business suite is quite nice.
