Everything. Once I enter the room, it smelled like it from the bathroom pipes, need to always turned on the aircon to circulate the bad smell. The bed room side has no window, so need to turned on one of the lights. But window available on the bathroom side and living room. Attend breakfast at 7.30am with my 7 yo daughter and husband. BR for kids only cereal, pancake, bread. For me as indonesian it's, there was nasi uduk, ketan item and some dishes. But the taste so-so (the kitchen staff should improve their cooking skills). My husband and kid can not eat spicy eggs, so we asked for scramble eggs or just a simple fried eggs from the kitchen. BUT THEY SAID ALL EGGS ARE FINISHED (at 7.30am????). We paid for the breakfast. But we have been treated like it's a free bf.

The location

The Air Conditioner it's not cold enough, water its also not hot. Very bad experience

The location is undeniably is the plus point, located at the center of Kemang area and close to cafes, restaurants and food courts. Second, the pool is great and private. I hope for hotel clerk to supervise in case of emergency occurs.

1)The cleanliness. We found garbages under the bed (room 322) and little cockroach in the bathroom wall (room 312). 2) Facilities and amenities: at room 312, the vitrage (gordyn) was torn, the notebook was already written on at the back, yet noone noticed it. And in 4 rooms I booked, the noise from rain and traffic from the street bothered us most of the time, the rooms were supposedly sound proof in my opinion.

Nice clean rooms with good tv, hot water boiler, iron etc. Breakfast was reasonable. Walking distance from Starbucks, Mc D, real restaurants and supermarket.

The coffee was not very good. Only tea in the room.

The staff at the hotel was wonderful and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The room was clean, and so was the pool. It was a lovely stay. I will definitely return when I’m in Jakarta again.

The food and Wi-Fi at the hotel could have been better.

Restaurant with coffee machine broken. Haven't espresso coffee. Bathrobe with bed smell. Can't use. Room 531: bathroom need maintenance for conservation

Nice clean room and bathroom. Good lighting in the room and friendly staff. Location is good and one can walk to various restaurants and shops. Good room service.

Wedding reception in the hotel during Covid felt a bit strange.
