We went to St. Louis for a few days to sight see and reconnect with friends. We enjoyed The Hill area and the unit was a perfect fit. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The rental was in a quiet neighborhood and close to whatever we needed. We would go back!

Nice property

The house was clean and centrally located. Nothing was more than a short drive away for our family vacation. Beds were really comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet. It was perfect for us!

This place was simply amazing! I know for me, when traveling, finding the right place can be a little anxiety provoking. Worrying about safety, location, transportation, etc. Well, let me tell you…this property will check all the boxes and not disappoint. Just book it!

Great location, close to attractions in a quiet neighborhood with off street parking. The house had everything that we needed for a wonderful family vacation.

Common area was perfectly designed for conversion over snacks or a meal. Kitchen had everything we needed. The home was tastefully decorated and comfortable. Bedrooms were spacious. Beds top quality. We had a great weekend!

Overall, this was a beautiful house with everything we needed. The only thing that kept it from being perfect was the lack of window coverings. We all felt a little exposed and uncomfortable at times. However, it was very clean with quality amenities like the towels, linens, and really comfortable beds.

We enjoyed this property so much!!! We had 4 adults and we wished we could have stayed longer! It was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in! The location was great! We saw some major sites and some surrounding areas for the wedding. Edward was terrific and got right back to me and answered questions promptly. We would stay here again! We give this VRBO a big 10+!

Listen this property is so good I’ve been saying here whenever I’m in town for an annual conference. This place is great, professional communication, clean property, and a no brainer. I can reserve this property and not think about it again because they do it right. Too many times people only speak up or are noticed when things go bad. This place is so good you can move on (mentally) to other things about your trip because the question of a great place to stay is settled.

The house was magnificent! Its charm was the beautiful marriage of modern convenience and retaining an Old St. Louis feel. Wonderfully renovated by true craftsmen. Did I mention location? Smack dab in the middle of everything!

Very nice rental. Beautiful interior design. Not really within walking distance to any restaurants or stores but close to everything if driving. My only suggestion is the windows, they need blinds and maybe a little more seating in living room, really only seats 4 comfortably. Rental is very clean. Would rent again. Not handicap accessible so if you have mobility challenges this rental may be difficult in regards to accessibility.

Enjoyed a great weekend in STL. The house was perfect for our group. All amenities that you would need, spacious, and comfortable beds. Edward was very responsive and even checked with us to make sure we didn’t need anything during our stay! Would definitely recommend this place when coming to St. Louis.

This property is in a great location for visiting lots of areas of St Louis. We were no more than 15 to 20 minutes from any destination. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet at night The home was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The house was clean overall, though I did give the owners some feedback on additional areas that needed cleaning (fan blades were visibly dusty, under the beds needed a good cleaning). These were not deal killers to our family, and I trust the owners took care of these items on the next cleaning. Overall it was a nice place to stay. Perfect for our party of 6.

The pictures are spot on and the place very nice. The owners were proactive in communicating and checking in… we felt very at home. Great place for 3 couples or a family with kids. Not much within walking distance so a car is needed for everything. There is street parking and two spots in back. Would definitely stay again there!

We had a great experience at this home! Our family converged on this home from Kansas City, Denver, and Florida to attend a college graduation at WashU. The location of the home was very convenient to the school, as well as to the highway, good restaurants, and downtown STL. The parking space in the back of the house worked well for our two SUVs. We felt comfortable in the house. You could tell the home had recently been renovated. It looked new. There were pictures of what the inside of the house looked like prior to being redone. It was amazing to see the transformation. Our host checked in on us via text our first morning in the house to make sure we were enjoying our stay, which was very considerate. We had everything we needed. I only wish we had discovered this house earlier in our son’s college career. We’ll have to stay again during his reunions!

This property is in a safe neighborhood nearby some key St. Louis attractions and made an ideal family getaway for the weekend. It's a charming, spacious house. 2 full + 1/2 bathrooms was a huge benefit to allow everyone their own corner of privacy. The owners are very attentive and good communicators that seem very invested in making your experience a positive one. The place is clean with a well stocked kitchen which helps to save on your food budget to enjoy other things. Vacation went off without a hitch. I highly recommend this place!

The location of this place was perfect for us! Quick to get everywhere we had planned to go. The owners were so nice and had a quick response time. The inside was beautiful. It was 2 families of 4, and the size was perfect for us. We will definitely stay here again when we come to STL!

We visited to celebrate a 50th birthday party. I very thing was a pretty short Uber ride. Place is super cute!

The property is very cozy and comfortable for a small group. The location is perfect for getting to/from downtown and there's ample parking in the rear which is a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend this place and use it again on future visits.
