I planned a milestone birthday with 8 life long friends to celebrate in Ft. Lauderdale and choose Lance and Danielle property. The location of the house was perfect and big enough to accommodate all of us. The backyard, patio, and pool were beautiful. Mother Nature was not cooperative and we seen a record amount of rainfall during our stay. Lance and Danielle are very kind and caring and very responsive to any questions we may of had during our stay. Thank you for being such gracious and generous host Anthony

Great space for lots of kids with central air and a heated pool that was so much fun. May have to get creative with large groups for sleeping, but lots of options. Easy walk to the beach. Sandbar was a great place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner casual and oceans 2000 was a divine meal for a dressy occasion. No issues with critters or wildlife for us, which we appreciated.

We honestly couldn’t have found a better rental for our extended family to enjoy a week together! We had a blast using the pool and tiki bar, and everyone had their own space. Loved that it was only a 2-block walk to the beach, and there’s a great restaurant nearby right on the beach (highly recommend the Sandbar Grill…friendly staff and great food/drinks. Ocean 2000 is overpriced and not so great food). It’s a long ride to the New River because of traffic, but we were always able to get several Ubers or Lyfts for our large group within a handful of minutes. The property managers were awesome and extremely accommodating. Unlike the negative review about bugs on the property, we didn’t have a problem with any (although this is Florida, so keep the door shut and you should be fine). Although we don’t usually rent the same place twice, everyone in our group would really enjoy coming back another time!

Overall I’d give this a 1 star review solely due to the lack of cleanliness of the property and that the pictures did not at all convey the lack of upgrades and general dinginess of the property. It was so uncomfortable that we actually left the property early and got multiple hotel rooms for the 10 of us (2 families with kids and 2 grandparents). The host, Lance, while seems like a nice guy, has no idea what his properties look like. When I told him about the condition of this place he really did not seem to know, clearly relying on third party cleaners and no local property management to keep the place well-maintained. Here’s what to expect: - the place smells musty and old when you walk in despite having the air condition running. - small black fleas/ gnats in all the bedding and couch that bite expose skin while sleeping or sitting. - coackroaches in the kitchen and entry way - ants all around the pool (while I understand it’s the tropics, the ant problem is excessive, property needs pest control) - while we didn’t see any mice, you can definitely here rodents in the walls. - the kitchen tile is all cracked and dented, dirty and dingy. - we needed extra bedding and found wet bedding stuffed away in one of the closets, which we had to dry so not to generate more bugs and mold. - we spent the first 2 days washing and drying all of the bedding (I.e. stripping our beds). However not before all of us got completely bittten up, at night especially. - I did inform the owner privately, sent pictures and videos. While he agreed to give me 2 nights back as a refund, a few days later he has reneged this offer. Really bad (and greedy) business practice. He did offer us 3 nights free in another property which we would never take him up on given this experience. - If there was a way to post pictures, and videos I would! Please send me a message and I’ll send them to you! Please do not stay here or any of his other 10 properties! I’ve also informed VRBO.

Great house close to the beach. Our group of friends got together for a long weekend, flying in from all different parts of the country. This house was perfect for the occasion.

From the moment my family and I checked into Dolphin Isles we were in awe. First the location of this house is incredible. Very short walk and we were at the beach. We did take advantage of the golf cart add on and were very pleased. We took it up and down A1A and the kids loved it. When not at the beach or on the golf cart, we let the kids swim in the pool while the adults relaxed on the pool deck and utilized the outdoor pool bar. The layout of the house was perfect for our group and the attention to detail by the host (Lance) was spot on. His responsiveness and willingness to answer my many questions did not go overlooked. I will most definitely be booking Dolphin Isles again in the very near future. Thank you Lance for making my family vacation unforgettable!

The overall experience was excellent. The house was exactly what we needed for 6 adults and 6 kids, 6 years and younger. The pool was great the location perfect very close to beach and close to state park and other activities. It had all the aminitiies we needed. The host was extremely helpful and very easy to communicate with and was able to supply all that we required. We would definitely rent this place again

Our family and kids enjoyed the stay at the house although there were numerous issues with the property itself. Location and house layout were excellent for us. It is right by the beach and centrally located. All family members had their own space in the house. However, the pool was unusable for a full day while we were there due to the previous renters treatment. There were many other broken items in the home due to previous renters mistreatment of the property. Lance and Leo tried to address all of the concerns, which helped our family enjoy the trip more. However, it’s tough to make up for not using the pool for a full day on the trip. It’s definitely a great property, but it seemed more geared toward non-family spring breakers.

Great experience at this house. Leo was very welcoming to me and my 14 friends all college students. We had a great time in laudy and enjoyed our times chilling out at the house. House was able to sleep all of us, and we found the grill very useful for cookin out while chilling out at the pool. Made a lot of great memories watching college basketball in the living room in our down time. Overall 10/10 experience. Great house. Sweet pool

This house perfect for our family vacation! We had people of all ages from 65-7 months. Plenty to do from the pool and pool toys to the beach. The beach is a very quick golf cart ride away and also a close walk. The neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. I felt very safe walking every morning. The house was fully equipped right down to coolers and beach chairs. The property manager, Leo was extremely attentive! He gave us his personal cell number and texted us back in minutes with any questions. He even helped us pick out restaurants that would accommodate our family Thanks Leo. You were awesome! I would definitely recommend this house for large families of all ages!

We stay a week at this property with 8 adults and 5 children. There was plenty of room for everyone in our party. We had a fabulous time, enjoyed spending a LOT of time in the pool and outdoors. Nice neighborhood. The golf carts are a great addition to the property! The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all of the necessities. Lance and Leo were super responsive and answered all my questions in a timely fashion. They offered great recommendations for anything and everything we needed! I highly recommend booking through these guys! We look forward to coming back to the area and checking out their other properties as well!

Beautifully located by the beach!

We loved our stay here. The home was great, the pool is beautiful, the location is close to the beach, and the property manager was very helpful and responsive! We would definitely go back.

Ten men stayed here and had a great time. Everything you need is no more than two or three miles away. Ubers typically about $8 to go where you needed to go. No need to rent a car. Five minute walk to the beach. Walk to supermarket is only ten minutes and then you Uber back if you want to save a few bucks. Owners are responsive...good people. Two washers and dryers if you have multiple families staying there. I only needed to tell them about updating or increasing the pans and a few kitchen items... otherwise everything was perfect

House worked well for our group of 12 people. Close enough to walk to the beach. Leo made it clear that he was available anytime but we really didn't need anything.

I highly recommend this house. It is fully furnished. All we had to get was food and drinks. It is about three minutes walking distance to the beach. The backyard has a nice heated pool and an outside shower. The home was able to accommodate 13 of us comfortably. We made so many memories. During the booking process and prior to checking in, Lance was very helpful and responsive to all my inquires. During our check in and our stay there, Leo was readily available and addressed our questions within minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the area. He made our stay a pleasure. We will definitely return in the future.

House was advertised differently then we found it. At first entrance their was iguana poop right by the “hot tub”. When I called manager about it to see if we could spray it off or something he said no, it’s part of living in Florida. I live in Florida and I always spray off my patio due to these things. So we had to pick it up with a stick and toss it. Second the “hot tub” was not a hot tub supposedly even though it had jets. When I asked if we could turn it on I was told it in fact was a baby pool not a hot tub which was very disappointing to our group. Then we asked for wash rags to wash our faces at night and was told because of COVID they do not provide wash rags. There were also no hand towels in the kitchen or pot holders so we had to use big beach towels in the kitchen. Also, in the first floor bedroom the air conditioning unit is really loud and makes a lot of noises making it difficult to sleep. Worst part of all was all the construction nearby. Our first morning we were hoping to sleep in a little but couldn't because there were very loud jack hammers and construction trucks that started at 8am. Other then that the house was big and the beds were comfy so that was good. Definitely would not go to this particular house again.

Easy communication with owner and property manager. House was located walking distance from Fort Lauderdale beach. Easily accommodated my group of 14 this past weekend

Me and 8 of my closest girlfriends went to Fort Lauderdale for my bday celebration. All I can say was that the home exceeded our expectations. The home had plenty of space for all 9 of us. The home had plenty of everything!!! There was no need to purchase anything but food and drinks!!! The pool and hot tub were amazing and the proximity to the beach was a short walk or drive. The home is close to plenty of restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Starbucks is a 10 minute drive away. I would definitely stay here again.
