Enjoyed a 4 night stay with some friends. The location could not have been any better! True ski in ski out. The check in process was very easy and the host communication was excellent. Would highly recommend!

The place was very spacious, a true ski and ski out location. Just a short little walk across the pedestrian bridge of maybe 10 feet, then pop on your skis and ski down to the lift. Great location to walk to the restaurants in shopping at the base. Less than a 10 minute walk. All in all, we loved the place.

The timbers lodge is truly ski and ski out access to the front mountain of Keystone. We loved the lobby with free hot chocolate and coffee. We also relaxed by the hot tub each evening after skiing. The unit is very large, and the kitchen is fully equipped. We loved Keystone mountain and this Timbers unit .

This property was very clean and well supplied. The location was outstanding for our family. It was easy to walk out and get on the lift quickly and also to stop back by the condo for lunch or a break. If you preferred not to ski it was very easy to walk into River Run village. Our group really enjoyed this location.

Great location (The Timbers) for an approximate 50 yard walk to the slope where you can ride down to the lift. Nice amenities outside of having a shortage of towels for the pool/hot tub, but not SkyRuns issue - more of a maintenance issue with the building itself.

Family of 4 spent 5 days here. Clean and comfortable condo. Hot tub outside by the pool was out of order intermittently. No big deal. No real major issues during our stay. Walkable to a quiet River Run and Gondola ride up mountain. Short drive to scenic lake Dillon, Loveland pass, Vail pass, downtown Frisco and Breckinridge.

Loved this place! Quiet and close to the action
3059 Timbers was wonderful! Kitchen stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. Quiet and huge balcony and super easy and fast walk to the village for fun and food and shopping. Kids loved the daybed and trundle. 2 families could easily stay here with the 3 bathrooms all with showers. Building pool and hot tub and outdoor patio was great! Skyrun was great to work with and would recommend renting from them again.

This property was excellent. The property management folks were great. My only recommendation is that the beds could have stood to be a little more comfortable, but outside of this, everything was wonderful.

We had a wonderful time. Great space and kitchen. Definitely recommend. The master bedroom was cold, but the space heaters eventually warmed it up. The microwave oven needs to be fixed.

Fantastic property!
Fantastic place right on the mountain. Our last morning we walked to Inxpot for coffee and saw a moose outside the condo in the creek. Couldnt have been better!
