the location was very convenient and made it a lot easier for us to walk to the centre, the rooms were very nice

It was a short walk to the centre and a supermarket. The hosts were excellent - all queries and questions were answered quickly and you felt that they wanted you to have a great stay.

Slightly smaller than we anticipated, given how many it sleeps.

Beds were very uncomfortable, carpets not clean, entrance is extremely unwelcoming and dirty, rooms were tiny and sofas are dirty and smelly.

The only good thing i can say is that the apartment was close to the city which was helpful however, i do feel a lot should be said especially if the apartment owner has cleaner they need to conduct spot checks before people check in.

My family and i were disappointed at first glance we thought this can’t be it, they say you pay for what you get and this was how we felt. The apartment was not cleaned to stay the least, we had to clean it ourselves under especially under the beds, the stairs and as for the duvet covers who knows when they last had a thorough wash. There was hair everywhere, caps, cigarette buts, old sock in the rooms. The worst part was being greeted by fact overflowing garbage bins at then front door which attracted large rats, which we felt was very unhygienic. These bins were there throughout our time whilst at the apartment This may seem exaggerated but the sad thing is this is the truth, i hope they can fix these issues.

Spacious and comfortable for a family of 5 (young adult children). Would get tight with more. Excellent city centre location, and good to be able to bring the dog. Sufficient kitchen equipment for self catering. Good for a city break weekend.

Clean, but the shower in poor condition, evidence of previous mould, needs upgrading. Some water leaking through the ceiling in the living room in heavy rain. Bins overflowing outside. No hangers in wardrobes. High price, but then so is everywhere summer 2021 ...
