The house is roomy and in a nice neighborhood. There are plenty of games for the family, including corn hole, ping pong, and shuffleboard. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was the perfect temperature, and plenty of pool floats were provided.
Things that could use improvement
. In the main bathroom, the shower curtain was dirty on the bottom, and the towel and toilet paper holders were hanging off, as was the kitchen faucet. The paint on the back of the house is chipping off, pool tiles were broken, and the pool was dirty to include vomit on the side that we had to clean. There was only one extra roll of toilet paper.
Overall I WOULD recommend. Gorgeous backyard and fun environment.

Perfect location that’s quiet & in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool, ping pong table, & comfortable beds. Spacious for our family of six. The host is very quick to respond via APP text (I texted asking how to turn on pool light). We will stay here again.

Great location, house was spacious, pool was very nice. There were some minor maintenance issues, like chairs, faucets and pool cover. The floors could have been cleaner, but overall a wonderful place for a group of friends.

We had a great time and Bryan was very communicative throughout the entire process. He even allowed us to check in a few minutes early as we had arrived into Phoenix earlier than expected.
The house had everything we needed for the weekend and all information was very well presented in the online listing, and the binder when you enter. The backyard was perfect for entertainment with the pool and turf area. Even though the Scottsdale weather was cooler than expected, the heated pool allowed us to still utilize all the amenities.
I would 100% recommend a stay here for the weekend if you're looking for an awesome house in a central location close to restaurants, golf courses, and plenty of other activities!

Great location and everything was clean and nice. Great backyard . Kitchen a little light on cookware so bring your own if you plan on cooking a lot. Everything else was great!

Overall our stay was great! House was very roomy and well equipped. The pool was very clean and fairly roomy! Downfall was unfortunately the weather. Temperatures in AZ were around 118...can't control Mother Nature. Downfall is the AC in the open living area doesn't work that well. Bedrooms were really cool though so helped at night. Host was very responsive.

The girls and I had a great stay and experience over the weekend. We loved the house especially the pool! It was very clean and as advertised. A couple things we found that could use improvement were the fridge leaked, painting could be updated in the bathrooms (lots of chipped paint) and outside the house where it looked like the grill used to be, the wall had a huge soot stain. The toilet paper holder in the guest bathroom needs to be replaced as it was falling off the wall and the table that had the jenga game on it needs some bolts to keep it from falling apart. Just little house keeping things really, would definitely stay again! The host was also super helpful and easy to communicate with.

Had my bachelorette party, and it was the perfect location. Very clear many bachelorette parties have come before us. Beds are comfy, plenty of towels, good cooking situation, big comfy couch in hangout area and a beautiful backyard with games, an insta-wall and pool. About 20 min from Old Town but that was a welcomed distance and still easy to get an Uber to.

Bryan was super helpful and responsive to all of my messages. The house was so clean and bigger than expected. The outdoor area was perfect for my group of nine. We loved sitting by the pool in the 77-degree weather. I forgot an item and he was kind enough to forward it to me. I would recommend this to anyone staying in the Scottsdale area!

What a lovely home in Scottsdale-close to all the wonderful amenities that Scottsdale has to offer. Backyard amazing! Home lovely! The host Bryan is highly responsive and so kind!! I highly recommend this property for a stay!!

Nice big house with plenty of room, including for a pong pong table. Very nice pool and astroturf yard area. Felt like a check of the facility before we arrived would have “uncovered” most towels in the dryer, and first bathroom toilet needed new “clapper” so it wouldn’t require manually “fixing” it after every flush. Also didn’t realize had to pay extra for the pool to be heated—in December. But the host Bryan was very responsive to texts. Overall a very good facility.

Booked the house for bachelor party for one last hurrah before we all pack our bags for Hawaii. This house is situated in North Scottsdale than Scottsdale however it has nice amenities, clean and spacious for stay. We didn’t get to use the pool due to the monsoon and the rain caused HEAVY flooding in the outdoor patio area as if hurricane Ian rolled thru from the entrance to the patio all the way out.

Great Family Location
Bryan was great leading up to and during our whole trip. He helped us get a slightly early check-in and was attentive to our communication. Would highly recommend this or any of his hosted locations.

Great place outside of Phoenix
Super comfortable and clean home. Stayed for a couple of nights and enjoyed the space and pool for 5 adults and 5 kids under 10 years old. Highly recommend!!

Best Bachelorette Weekend EVER!!
Bryan was so accommodating even before we arrived allowing for an early check in so I could get there early to decorate for the bride. The open concept floor plan was a perfect layout that made everyone feel included at all times. The pool and many floaty options added for the best group photos!! Space was clean and in what felt like a very safe neighborhood. I could have not asked for a better property to stay at!!

Fantastic time in Scottsdale
Our stay at La Paz at Desert Springs in the Scottsdale area was a wonderful time! Bryan was a great host and was very helpful and responsive. The house itself was extremely clean, fit our group of 10 friends comfortably, and had tons of activities (pool, ping pong, giant Jenga, etc.). The house had all items we needed, including a huge amount of towels and pool towels. We loved spending our day at the pool and the backyard and would definitely recommend this property to other groups, bachelorette parties, etc. Thank you Bryan!

Perfect House for Big Group
Bryan was an amazing host! He was extremely communicative and accommodating by allowing us to check in early. The house itself is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect size to host 12 girls without us feeling like we were living on top of one another. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to travel into Scottsdale!

Great central location. House was comfortable, in good working order, and exactly as described.
Visited Scottsdale with family to enjoy the city and check out local colleges. Weather was not the best but we had a great time. The house allowed us to quickly get to all the good local spots.

Great place for group of friends
We stayed here as a group of 8 for a golf weekend. Great house, great location for Scottsdale golf courses and plenty of room for 8 adults. Bryan was really helpful with check-in and helping us get our luggage in the house early so we did not have to take it all to the golf course for our first tee time. Would definitely stay here again.

Best bachelorette weekend EVER
Ten of us stayed at Bryan’s house for my bachelorette weekend in Scottsdale. I cannot say enough about how amazing and impressed we were with this house. The house was super spacious, clean, easy to access, and had all the amenities for a traveling group. Bryan was incredible to communicate with, responding promptly to any questions we had. His guidebook he sends before the trip is so informative and gives an accurate overview of the house. The backyard and pool area was perfect and private for our group to hang out poolside. We had the best weekend ever and I can’t recommend this place enough for someone traveling to Scottsdale! We will be back!!! 10 out of 10 stars!!!
