The stay was really good, the room was good and the terrace was amazing place to chill and unwind. We loved the staff behavior especially the housekeeping staff do an excellent job, namely Salomi(housekeeping), she did clean up our room with a smile and also made sure she gave us a few things we asked for promptly(an extra towel., etc). And there's other staff members too who are an asset to The Park hotel.

IBar, especially the staff there, too damn rude! They should be trained to behave with people! I don't recommend IBar to anyone who's sane. We were asked to pay a cover charge, which we did, after entering we sat on a table and tried to order food and drinks, immediately we were asked by 2 waiters to pay an extra 6k just to sit on that table! (it was a north eastern guy who wore a ponytail with long hair on one side and another lady called Nesha). People like this bring a bad image to a nightclub which is already on a downward spiral. I hope the management takes some action about this. They just messed our whole evening!

Property is old, and very broken. The AC was not working properly, there was dripping sound all night long in the room, and the refrigerator does not work.

Upgraded to a terrace room that was great. Well laid out room. Good TV channel availability.

Lighting control in the room was not the most convenient. USB Charger near the bed would be great.

Stayed in 105, A normal 2 star property would have provided better service. Providing used towels inside the room.. when complained to reception people wre looking as though it doesn't bother them. AC not working. Mechanic who came said once the room temp reached 23 degree then automatically temp will change to 21. Best joke. Hair dryers don't work hopeless service at the restaurant. Never in my life will step into this hotel again.

Staff was very friendly and kind and helpful I would like to mention especially manager Sonali! She was amazing ! Professional highly and kind and human! We were very happy in your hotel

Only music outside in the bar was loud And we didn’t receive the reply from spa we sent mail But may be spa is not in your competence

Room was decent. Staff was courteous

For me, the food was not up to the mark.. The buffet spread needs to be more fresh . The milk kept in the breakfast buffet ,turned sour the moment it was mixed with corn flakes, showing the lack of QC . In my personal view, The buffet dinner combination of dishes was not upto the mark. There has to be a way of keeping the food OPEN (especially the salads, pastries, deserts) but safe from flies and other bacteria which can lead to infection. Somehow i got a feeling it was not safe to eat the dinner buffet. The Chef's white overcoat looked a bit unclean indicating the level of cleanliness ...I am sure though "The Park Group" can improve in all these areas...

Mr. Basvaraj service has been exceptional

Everything was smooth and nice..staff is also really helpful..located in prime location ..just opposite to a mall as well..
