Myself and 2 of my adult sons were in town for 3 days for an archery event. This was the perfect, comfortable place to stay. Easy access off I70.

Good location, spotlessly clean, well-maintained, nice bathrooms, comfortable furniture and beds. Only negative was the neighbor on the other side of the duplex was doing some kind of car repairs, and there was a strong smell of gasoline outside for two of the days of our stay, which limited our use of the backyard patio. Despite this, I would recommend Hauptli house.

To start, I would say that this property beats being stuck in a hotel room with our 3 children. Having 3 rooms and being able to split them up was amazing. However, there were a few things that you should know: 1. They are VERY selective of the pictures they take for the outside. They specifically take a picture of just the side of the house where you get to the property. IT is acctually attached to another home that has a long term tenant in it and as my wife put it 'looks a little sketchy'. Yard was not well taken care of, lawn mower and grills on the front porch. Looks pretty bad. But they make sure you don't see that. 2. Very outdated on the inside and needs some work. One closet was broken. The toilets are LOUD. We joked that it sounded like ship, vessel, or submarine was pulling into the house. Don't flush at night as it will wake up everyone in the house. Scared us the first time. 3. Out doors had a patio set, but really needs some better furniture to enjoy the area. Over all, it was better than staying in the hotel. However, it needs some work done to make the stay a little better.

This was a cute hideaway perfect for a relaxing girls get together. The other half of the duplex is very rundown in comparison to the actual rental property. Once you walk to your side of the space, you are in a nice landscaped walkway. The bathroom is a little outdated looks wise but overall the space was a rental we actually wanted to spent time in.

This property was spectacular. Very clean with plenty of room for us, our drift boat and all our fishing gear. Easy access to boat ramps on both the Roaring Fork and the Colorado rivers. Didn't have to communicate with property manager because everything was perfect but I have worked with Katie before and she is always most helpful.

We were a little concerned when we first arrived at the property due to the condition of the adjoining unit. My family was so thrilled though when they went in and saw how awesome the place was!! It was a wonderful stay!!

We had the most enjoyable vacation and it was very much due to Kate's house. We have rented from her several times on one of her other properties which we also loved. This house is so spacious, clean, super comfy, back porch is awesome, Kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was fantastic. We will be back to this property time and time again. Thanks Kate for such an awesome experience again!

We enjoyed our stay! Home was exactly as described, and although it’s a duplex and shared parking, the property was really quiet and we never saw the neighbors. The backyard is beautiful with amazing views!

The place was nice, clean and the discounts to the Hot Springs and Gondola/Cave was a nice bonus.

Wonderful patio area, nice layout for family, light and bright, very clean, nicely stocked, kids loved the window seat.

The duplex was well kept and had mountain charm. The beds were a bit hard and small, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. The property is very clean.

This was a very clean and tidy home. We had no issues during our two night stay. It's a quiet neighborhood with a great view of the mountains.

We enjoyed the home. It was nice with a master on the main floor and two bedrooms upstair for the teens to have their own space. Really enjoyed open floor plan of the kitchen dining and living room so we could all be together when fixing meals and eatting. The attached garage was nice to store ski gear.

Perfect spot for a Glenwood weekend. Its a little outside town but easy to bop in for dinner and the hot springs. The place has all the necessities and driveway parking

The house was great for me, my husband and children-good size for a family of 6. Location was convenient. Communication with owner was fast and helpful.

As a new Grandma, I enjoyed staying at this place. It was close to all of my adult kids. The property manager was so helpful to help me find a wonderful local park for our baby girls party. Two Rivers Park was a great location for us.
