We were in town for gymnastics at the sports center. Very close to everything downtown as well as the roads into and out of town. Property was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Communication was spoty at first because of travel, but cleared up closer to the stay. We would stay there again.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The views are amazing and you are right down from most of Myrtle Beaches main attractions. It was nice walking to the pier and to the boardwalk every afternoon. The indoor pools were great for a little wintertime fun. There were more than enough linens for our stay. We always bring extra but didn’t need anything extra this time! I never leave reviews but had to let others know how great the communication was with Janet. I never had to ask a question because she had already messaged me everything I needed to know. We felt very special after we checked in to get a text checking on our check in process. It was nice that someone cared about our stay not just the money. From start to finish this trip was stress free thanks to Janet. Thank you so much!

We came to Myrtlebeach for our daughter's wedding. The condo was perfect for us, plenty of space for our group of 5. The location was in walking distance to multiply restuarants and shopping. The views from the balconies were absolutely stunning! Very clean and spacious. We will definitely be staying here again!! I highly recommend.

My husband and I haven’t been on a vacation in over 18 years. And never to Myrtle Beach. We chose this property because we were bringing our son, daughter in law, and two grandbabies with us. We had an unbelievably great time. The condo was perfection. Just exactly what the listing showed. We will be back. Kids loved the pools. It was great waking up every morning looking out the bedroom window to watch the sunrise.

We recently stayed at this condo and had a very enjoyable stay. The condo itself was in great condition and very clean. The owner was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive. The resort was nice and everything was easily accessible. The only complaint is that for a non smoking resort, we could easily smell the pot from our blacony and in several areas on the property including the loading and unloading zone. Overall we had a fantastic trip and would stay again.

I was on vacation with my family and we were able to stay an extra day but were not able to stay at the condo we were at due to already being booked for that night. We found this condo and reached out to Janet and she was more than accommodating. The condo was cozy with great views from every room. Location was great and not far from the boardwalk.

The condo we stayed in was wonderful. We had 8 people ranging from ages 9 to 65. We had 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It was nicely sized and had balconies for all the rooms. The balcony overlooked the beach and had some chairs that was lovely to sit on in the evening. The beach was great as well. Had some shells which the kids loved collecting. The only downside, and its not the condo peoples issue, is the beach lifeguard/chair issue. The chairs/umbrella are rentable for about 140 bucks for 4 days. They put them right on the best spot of the beach, and argue with anyone who tries to get in their way. So, you have to set up your stuff behind the chairs. But, like i said, not the condos issue. Just wanted future renters to be aware. We had a door code snafu and Janet was on text right away trying to help us out. Not sure what happened, but she got it fixed quickly and we were able to get back into the condo. We greatly appreciated it! The pools at the condo were great too. Hot tubs were hot. The employees were very helpful as well. Its within walking distance of some shops and a small amusement park. Its a great place and I highly recommend them.

Family 6 adults stayed very comfortably in large condo with ocean view. Loved the location! Pier 2 and boardwalk were very close and a 2.5 mile walk to Sandmaid pier was a perfect distance. Janet was very responsive and kitchen well supplied. Had a fabulous time!

We had a great stay!Easy access to things needed. It was our first time in Myrtle beach and are planning to come back longer next year. There were a few things that I wanted to mention..It was a non smoking resort but we had the smell of cigarette smoke all the time. The A/C did not work our entire stay. Was told nothing below 70 and our condo was above 70 the whole stay and the unit never kicked on. Was not happy that some one had to access our condo while we were not there to do maintenance on a pull out sofa that we were not even using.

Our family of 5 including grandparents had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at this property! Beautiful ocean views, less than a block to the boardwalk on the beach and easy, walkable access all the bars/restaurants on the strip, less than 10 minutes to Ripken and less than 30 to both Murrell’s Inlet and Barefoot Landing. Plenty of room for all! We had a great week!

We loved this property. The communication with the owner was kept open as we were arriving after Hurricane Ian. She let us know that all was good for us to come in. The property was clean and the stocked with supplies in kitchen and bathrooms to meet our needs for the week. Many restaurants within walking distance. Also direct beach access. We will definitely return to this property.

Great view, nice layout and nice amenities (pools, etc.). One of the best features of the location is the Family Kingdom next door, allowing smaller kids to have lots of rides.

The condo was great! The only issue I had was housekeeping could be improved a little. Around fixtures, the jets in master bath and a few areas that missed being dusted. Everything else was great! Would definitely consider renting it again when we have more time to spend at the beach instead of the ball fields. Thx

We had a group from 13 to 82 years old. Everyone was very happy with the condo. It’s a great beach scenario with chairs and umbrellas available to rent. Perfect balcony views.

It has been my belief that if you leave the comforts of your home and pay an exuberant amount for accomodations , that it should be comfortable, clean, and pleasant....to some degree. After a long drive, you can imagine our disappointment to discover the resort doesnt even offer bellhop services. And even when I asked, they told me that since I got the unit thru a "rental service", they didn't provide ANY service at all and we would need to contact owners if we had any questions. So we proceeded to make 3 trips carrying our belongings to the room. The first thing we noticed after taking our shoes off to unload our luggage, was that our socks became black and filthy, just walking around the unit. The carpet is old and stained. My 3 year old wasnt allowed to lay on carpet and play since it was so dirty. Fortunately for us we brought our own bedding because I had noticed a musky smell in the bedrooms, and once I sat on bed to relax, I immediately realized it was the sheets and blankets that I was smelling. The unit has a wonderful layout, with each room having ocean views, it was just a shame the furnishings and the condo interior was in such a need for an upgrade, it took away from the experience. So, for the price they charge, it sure seems that updated furnishings, fresh paint, and new flooring wouldnt set the owners too far back. We will return to Myrtle Beach every year, but we will be looking a much nicer resort and unit to stay at. ....

My daughter, her mother in law and our two granddaughters ages 2 and 4 just spent 5 days vacationing here. The condo is perfect with awesome views from every bedroom and living room! Janet is very attentive to answering all questions and very easy to work with. My granddaughters did not want to leave! Definitely will be back!!! Thanks Janet for sharing your condo with us!

The condo is great, love the sunrises on the balconies! Location was perfect! And it has the best pools of all the resorts (yes we walked a lot and checked out other places)! With 2 adults and 6 kids it was completely perfect!!!_

The condos location was good and the condo was a good size. The property owner was responsive and she was nice. Some of the things in the condo should be updated but not worth complaining about.

I cannot wait to come back! This place is the bomb.com! Check-in was seamless and the owner was very Responsive to all of my needs. Very clean and the location is prime! I loved the space and would highly recommend spending your vacation here.

Every Bedroom had a view to the ocean with balconies!!! This condo was probably one of the best layouts I’ve ever been in. We had no issues. The owner was easily accessible and friendly. I would rent it again.

Very nice place view was beautiful. My wife loved waking up to the ocean view from the bed…..I think she is going to make me buy a beach house now…lol definitely will be back soon
