A very good hotel, good facilities, excellent location . There were facilities for making tea and coffee in the room . The AC was good and the beds were comfortable. There was an impressive swimming pool. The buffet breakfasts were excellent . The hotel is located opposite Kollam beach . This is an excellent base to explore the backwaters . I would highly recommend this establishment for staying in Kollam .

You have to be careful getting in and out of the bathtub as the floor can be slippery, however I realized that early and ensured there was a small towel on the floor to prevent slippage .

The Essential provided such as the Electrical Kettle not working , No Hair Dryer in Bathroom and even the bed sheet seems to be to much re used.

Your reception staff’s behaviour was very rude and unfriendly. they wasted our half on technically. we booked 2 double rooms and he was persistent on giving us just one
