This resort was amazing! So many amenities that the kids never ran out of things to do! We had 3 families in one condo. Plenty of space. Kids ranging from 14 to 6 yrs old. It was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Beautiful 4bed4bath condo!

This condo was great for a multiple family vacation. Four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Right on the beach, with a great kitchen (we ate most of our meals in the condo). The kids had so much fun in the waterpark and the adults enjoyed quiet evenings. Highly recommend if you have a large family.

Property was perfect, no issues no need to communicate with owners. Beautiful balcony. The corner view was amazing. Could see the sunrise and the sunset. All 10 of us were very comfortable. Indoor hot tubs and lazy rivers and waterslides were all well-maintained. Good music by the pool and the bar. Only downside was the restaurant was way over priced. You cannot go wrong with this condo. We will be back.

This condo was perfect for us. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths accommodated all of us very well. The place is very spacious and well stocked with all that we needed. What attracted me most to this property was the comfort and space of the condo and the pool areas and water parks available right on the property. Along with having the beach so close, it was the perfect place for all of us, from grandparents to teens to younger children. We had a great time and enjoyed this trip very much.

This is our 5th year to North Myrtle Beach and our 3rd different condo. I think we have found our forever stay. The condo is just perfect, master bedroom just far enough away to not be disturbed by the kids, a bedroom is just next door for our 2 smallest kids which is nice. Living room and kitchen are just rhe right size. The entire dining room and living room are entirely windowed which makes for an awesome view. The Balcony is a little close to the lower levels and can hear the other tenants when outside but that is not taking away from the whole. One bedroom has a private balcony which my daughter lived. The water parks are a must, they stay open till 11 every night and if it rains your day is not ruined. The owner was always in communication and was very pleasant to deal with. The condo is literally about 15 minutes from anything you could want to do. I feel we will stay with this owner from here on out.

We visited with 13 people ranging in age from 1 to 55. The check-in was simple. The front desk clerk made sure we had everything we needed. Communication with the owner of the condo was always prompt and all the information was accurate. The condo itself was great. Clean, large spacious bedrooms. We had a 1 yr old and 4yr old. We put them in the first bedroom and with us playing card cards, drinking, watching playoff nhl games etc it was quiet enough for them. There is lots of stuff to do at the resort. We actually spent less time than expected at the beach because the kids had so much fun in the waterpark and we brought outdoor games to play on the lawn....near the tiki bar which had a great bartendee

Dunes Village Resort is a fantastic place for a family vacation. The condo was as listed and Myrtle Beach has everything possible for a very enjoyable time. We will be back.

The condo was exactly as described and amazing memories were made. The good… the water parks, playground and beach were amazing and kept all of the kids entertained for the duration as there were so many options to enjoy. There was even a large heated outdoor pool! There were lots of sun loungers at the outside pools and attractions. The location of the condo was good, a short drive to any stores or attractions we wanted to visit. The parking garage can get busy, but we always found a spot. The number of beds and bathrooms in the condo was good as we were 4 families so each had their own space and washroom. We never ran out of hot water no matter how many of us were showering! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans, etc (no scissors though and a larger toaster would have need nice). The balconies were great with lots of seating and tables to enjoy your morning coffee, relaxing, and reading. Needs improvement… the kitchen/living room/dining room area was small for our group of 6 adults and 8 kids. A larger fridge would have been nice. The number of towels and dish towels provided was insufficient for our larger party (and the dryer was not operational for the majority of our stay which made the issue worse). The chairs INSIDE the waterpark areas were often holding towels instead of people and it was difficult to find chairs and sometimes clean towels because of this behaviour (not a fault of the owner or the waterpark, but the inconsiderate actions of the other visitors). Often the hot tubs were ‘taken over’ by groups of people who would park their coolers beside and stay in all day, making it uncomfortable for anyone else to enjoy the amenity. The need to have an access card with you in order to access the buildings (I get it from a security standpoint, but there were 14 of us and only 3 cards, so we were left asking other guests to let us in, so how secure is it?). The condo corp needs to find a better way to handle this-maybe do the Disney magic band thing?) Rufia was responsive to our issues and we would consider renting the unit again!!

The location is fantastic, and the view from the balcony is unbelievable. My children (4, 5, and 5) loved the water parks. It’s a great property for a family vacation, and we plan to come back!

The condo and the amenities were wonderful!! We had some AC issues and the owner was super responsive and got it all fixed ! The kitchen was stocked with great items (even a crock pot) and we were able to cook in the condo every night. The restaurant in the condo had great food too. The kids loved the water slides, lazy river, and quick access to the beach. There were games -ping pong, shuffleboard, and daily scheduled activities. Everything we wanted to go do was there, or within a 10-15 min drive. Wonderful stay!!

We had eight adults and three kids three and under - and we had plenty of space to spread out and big bedrooms and space between the bedrooms so that all the kids had quiet places to sleep. The pools and slides were great and there were lots of different choices both indoors and out. The on-site restaurant also had good food and was convenient. I would definitely recommend!

My husband and I took our three kids and their spouses and our eight grandkids to Dunes village. It was a great time. The resort has my many fun things to do. We had a few times of rain. No problem because there’s indoor lazy river and water slides to use instead of trying to find something to do. Kid’s loved having beach along with pools, lazy river and water slides. We had an issue with a toilet and the maintenance person was there in 30 minutes to fix it. We really enjoyed our condo and the whole resort. The owner was very helpful and answered our questions and requests very promptly!

Well equipped, good storage at front door for beach equipment. Wonderful views. Worked great for our varied group.

After the VRBO phone representative walked me through the procedure everything went smoothly. This was a family vacation that included parents, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. The ages ranged from 5 yrs. to 82 yrs. Everyone had a great time. The unit was clean and spacious. There was something for everyone. There were eight adults and five children. Never once did anyone complain. Never once did any of the children utter “I’m bored”. It was a great unit and a great resort. The views were fabulous, ocean front views from all the windows, loved the location it was close to all the activities Myrtle Beach has to offer along with all the ammenties the condo has as well, great for all !

Phenomenal location and perfect set-up for a large family. The condo is spectacular. Plenty of space for lots of people staying together. Was very, very happy we rented here.
