I ended up not staying, from the moment I arrived it was disgusting. The room was not ready, the house was filthy, it is not a lodge at all, it is just a house where people look as if they live there full time. One lady was cutting her toenails on the lounge floor. The manager was sitting outside in his underpants with no shirt on, the staff were rude, they refused a refund as well. This place should be removed from your website it is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I ended up having to go pay more money to book into a different hotel as there was no way I was going to stay there.

Everything, this place is disgusting.

I had to arrive very late as my daughter was dancing at Montecasino and I felt so safe knowing I can stay close and someone will open the gate so late at night and I didn't have to drive all the way home.

The person who assisted us was polite. The room was at least warm when we entered it.

The room looked nothing like the room I originally booked, there was no kettle in room as advertised with coffee and tea. We had to call the owner to enter the property as there was no doorbell. When leaving we also had to call and coming back we had to wait outside despite telling the owner we would be arriving around half 10. Upon arriving there was not ample space to park our car so we had to park in an awkward spot in the yard. We had to walk up stairs which was not specified in the add that this would be the case, but given the room was not the one we booked I am not surprised.

Garden, swimming pool and peace and quiet.

The bathroom hand basin taps did not have water, we had to use the bath tub taps (mixer) to wash our hands.

Room large with a lot of potential. But not much other that I can say that I liked.

The bed was worn out, and uneven and did not seem very clean. The bedroom's light did not work. We had to use a flashlight to find our way around. One of the power outlets had a previous surge or something and the power plug of the previous appliance was still melted into the wall. The bathroom did not have curtains. We had to leave earlier because of an emergency and could not leave as the person who had to open the gate had left the premises.
