Great location and good value.

Въпреки наличието на отопление, мястото е изключително студено през деня и вечерта. Въпреки наличието на час за изпращане на код за достъп, той не беше изпратен. В 15:00 се появи собственикът, явно, за да почисти за буквално пет минути, намерихме легена мокър в мивката, пода беше мокър и в банята, след което излезе и ни пусна да влезем. Видя ни, че сме в двора и стоим под дъжда с куфарите, което не го притесни да влезе и тепърва да “изчисти”.

Location was perfect if you want to explore Lincoln. The apartment was spacious and had a lovely outside area. There was no parking but we were able to park across the road so not a problem for us. Close to bars and restaurants. Lovely view of the cathedral from the garden especially when it was lit up at night.
Easy to access via a keypad. Although the property was adjoining the owners, it was very private.
The only thing that let the property down was the Cleanliness. We were not able to use the oven and microwave as they had not been cleaned. The shower was also dirty.
This could easily be rectified and if done this property would be great.
It would also be nice to have some drawer space to put small items of clothing as the drawers provided were full of towels.

The terrace was beautiful, and could hear the cathedral bells! It felt spacious for two people for just one floor and easy to access, no faffing!
More basic cooking things, eg- salt and oil- if we are being picky!

Great location for Uphill, easy walk to Bailgate. Very clean and comfortable accommodation for our short stay. Tea, coffee and milk in fridge a nice touch. Loved the private outdoor seating area within earshot of Cathedrals bells. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Our host was easily contactable and very helpful. The Studio was well furnished throughout, exceptionally clean, and furniture all very comfortable. Location was excellent for exploring Lincoln and plenty of places to eat out.... We would happily stay here again if we made a return visit.
There was nothing to dislike about the property. There is no parking, but the host makes that quite clear, and it's not far to walk from some free places.

Clean, tidy, good facilities. Lovely garden and courtyard area. Very well located, everything within a stone’s throw. Lovely host and Gladys the dog comes to say hello. She’s a little cutie. Would recommend
