There was no breakfast. The location was ok.

The phone was not answered when I called after paying. I get there I'm told there are no rooms. Then later they say someone will check out soon so I got in luckily. Parking space was too tight. The place was dirty. The wooden door in my room had spaces you can actually see outside through the spaces on the door! The bed is very uncomfortable. The ants are everywhere in the room. The sheets were clean but the duvet cover was not! Pillow cases not ironed. Please action the complaints.

I booked online for 2 rooms 4 days ago 1 for me &1 for my friend when we arrive they say its full but if we can wait for room somebody will check out.so we waited for that single room. we shared the room with my friend.now when we try to call the number wanting a refund for the other room the phone is not answered up until now. Good morning, There's was thing in place , we slept at caretaker room on one floor,one on caretaker bed is small room everything was a disaster. I request my fund back.

I told the place is fully booked but mean while it was approved and paid and we cant find the onwer on phone. Were smash in smallest room.

I needed an accommodation which was the nesresst to Gallagher Convention center. It was just a walking distance
