Reception desk was very friendly.

Booking.com should explain where to go to find the Reception, that was not explained. You need to go to the entrance of C Beach, which is not at all in the same area as the villas.

-restaurants and activities are always fully booked -room service closes at 7 pm which is too early -looks like there is an alignment issue between the 3 three resorts. the service at the resorts drops big time if they knew that you’re staying at the villas

We liked location, scenery, landscape, and the golf club restaurant.

The villa’s pool was not heated and the staff did not mention that we could have asked for heating the pool (this was mentioned during check out); basic groceries e.g. drinking water are not within reach; the villa’s phone was not working throughout our stay.

The resort, the villa, the cleanliness, the greenery it is captivating. We were lucky to visit Mauritius in the period of Feb because the weather was beautiful although it is the season for showering rain and cyclones but we did not encounter any. We enjoyed the stay at the villa with a private pool, the restaurants were mostly great.

Most of the staff need customer relations training. Very few of them were polite and friendly but the majority makes you feel like if they have paid for your stay at the hotel. Surprisingly managers in normal cases are the ones who are trained to deal with the customers but that wasn't the case. Also check-in and check-out process is very lengthy and slow.

Clean, comfortable, very good breakfast! Friendly & helpful staff (house keepers, restaurants staff and the kids club staff )enjoyed the stay! The villa was just amazing!

Extremely late shuttle pickup! Specially that we need to take it to go anywhere inside the resort. breakfast slow service! Too long time for check in.. staff there were not that professional! Pools inside the villas can not be heated so we couldn’t swim a lot

The stay was very good, good location, good cleaning staff. Only in the breakfast the staff was lil clumsy and bit areas were the food was surrounded by flies. Overall it was an excellent experience but it could have been better.

Location,ْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْ staff, activities, restaurants options, amenities, services, etc. It is the perfect place for having a great vacation whether you will spend the whole day at the resort or visit the attractions.`

1. Internet service is frustrating. Coverage hardly reaches the living room. 2. Electricity problems we faced (shorts only and cut). The maintenance response was fair but no permanent solution. 3. Shuttles drivers are superb but lack safety training. Driving while talking on the phones all the time. Don't enforce belt wearing. 4. Phones are noisy and response is not quick enough. 5. Insects, bees and geckos are very common inside the villas. It is not acceptable by most cultures so they need to mindful of this fact. These are improvement opportunities that didn't impact the overall great experience.
