Camera un po' piccola per tre persone, c'erano solo due sedie e quando ne abbiamo chiesta una in più non ci è stata portata.

3rd bed not made up when requested twice. Man on reception not friendly smiley or chatty at all didnt even greet us with hello Charged for disabled parking. Breakfast cold. Rooms were nice. Noticed coffee or tea in room but we do not drink it anyway. Would be nice to have a notice by balcony door with instructions on child lock.

Das Zimmer war geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sauber.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut.
Die Lage um das Hotel war weitergehend ruhig bis auf die Schnellstraße gegenüber des Kanals.
Leider haben sich wieder mal die Fenster im Schlafbereich nicht öffnen lassen, weshalb durchgehend die Klimaanlage am Laufen war und dies nicht besonders geräuscharm.

Professionell geführtes Haus, sehr zweckmäßig und gemütlich, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, die Möglichkeit selbst zu kochen, das gut sortierte Frühstück - mit Obst!, Schlafzimmer separat mit guten Matratzen, die Aussicht. Ein Lebensmittelgeschaft in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die City und die Cardiff Bay sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar - ca. 15 Minuten. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt.
Am Balkon hört man untertags den Verkehr der Autobahn, bei geschlossener Balkontür hört man ihn aber gar nicht.

Our stay at this modern smart hotel was a delight. The rooms were beautifully designed with all the modern amenities, including a kitchenette and a comfy bed. What made it even better was the pet-friendly policy, making it easy to have our dog with us. The staff were lovely and accommodating.

Plugged the Ev in, no bother. Greeted with a smile and our room was ready when we arrived early.
The room was immaculate and roomy.
Slept peacefully as so quiet and comfy!
Breakfast was yummy and the fresh pancakes, yummy!!
15 minute walk to the stadium and town.

The location was ideal for walking into the bay. The breakfast was delicious - lots of variety.

While this isn’t a complaint I did feel that the breakfast could be bit better, I found the ‘hot ‘food could of been a bit hotter . But this didn’t ruin our stay

The staff were excellent and the location worked well. The hotel was nice.
Given the price we paid which was expensive The room was very small and set for 2 people ie towels,chairs the sofa bed filled the room and was uncomfortable. The write up on your site was very misleading eg it looked much bigger and I asked for 2 bedrooms. I thought parking was included but we had to pay and go off site.
