Heater spoilt and they say if change room they charge me extra late check out 10rm 1 hour but they say latest 1pm check out we check out about 1.18pm they charge us rm 10 already which is not fair ma you give us a spoilt room now you expect this what logici?

Receptionist was friendly.

Was recommended by booking.com to book this replacement for another one that cancelled last minute. Try booking on other platforms instead. The room on booking.com is fake and no refund/remedy is provided. We ended up with no bed to sleep on and our holiday was ruined by this platform.

The fact that i got con by booking.com what is there to even like?!

That I got con by the number of beds and the room which was so unexpected when we arrived. A family of 5 2 adults and 3 kids age 1-6 yo arrived like at 10pm from KL just to find out we only have a king size bed for 5 of us. What rubbish is this when I booked for 1 king and 2 queen bed and when we arrived they said is not their problem. Please be more alert or notify the travelers if there is a prob going on with the system and not lead us into something that is not true. This is not acceptable and I'm traveling with small kids and hoping to come rest with what I have already booked for. Pls don't waste my time finding rooms for my family just to know I didn't get what I booked for.
