Lovely house and was very spacious and super clean
The owners/ cleaners- not sure who they were- turned up half an hour before we needed to check out and just sat outside the window watching us until we left. Was very awkward and made us feel quite uncomfortable. They didn’t introduce themselves or say hello. Just sat there watching us

Smelt clean when we entered , nice big house spa pool.
The heat pump in the lounge did not work and it was winter!
The bed in the master bedroom was hard like a rock!
No extra towels and no face cloths.
No surface spray to clean the kitchen bench!
and hardly any cooking utensils like no masher or flipper!
lights in one room didn’t work and no working lights in the lounge so used the lamp and that flickered continuously.
nice house but obviously not up to scratch for the money very disappointing

Quiet location and great facilities in the house
The beds were hard both me and my husband ended up with sore backs.

the location was great
it wasn’t clean and there wasn’t enough towels we had to do a load of towels when we got there as they where all in the shed. couldn’t park in the shed and the cleaners turned up before 10am which I found very disrespectful

A HUGE house. Heaps of space. Quiet location. Very modern. Spa was great (once we figured out how to use it). Very clean. Decent location - easy drive to town, but far enough away to be away from the bustle and away from the sulphur smell of Rotorua itself. Easy checkin and checkout process.
More oven dishes and serving dishes were needed. Some beds were very hard.

everything was emaculate and perfect for this group of groomsmen to enjoy and relax the night before the wedding.
the cleaners showed up an hour before check out time which felt a bit intruding however the boys did stay it out in the house until 10am.

Spacious house and good location. Good to have the fully fenced section and spa pool.
Good setup with laundry and TV room.
The kitchen equipment was disappointing - no serving dishes and limited utensils for cooking. We choose the property to be self contained and to self cater.
Cleanliness was average.

Lovely modern home. Just needed some outdoor furniture/ more crockery/ platters/ serving bowls etc.
Also the basics like handy towels/ gladwrap etc can be good.
Maybe a second TV would be useful.
