Location was good. Nice pools.

This condo is run down and in need of multiple repairs as well as fresh paint. Certainly not my idea of luxurious. Bare minimum for kitchen supplies and nothing to wash dishes. One half roll of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper. Great view and comfortable bed but overall not a good value.

The pool was nice.

This property is in need of various repairs and paint. There are almost no supplies in the kitchen. I have never seen so many empty cupboards.

Great apartment with nice views, well-equipped kitchen, comfy bed. Location is excellent.

Parking is a bit of a nuisance, as it takes 5-10 minutes each time to reach the level where the parking space is located.

Very good location. Nice view. The room was comfortable and felt clean.

The owner/host was not very attentive.. communication was very poor compared to other Airbnb hosts. No real sense of urgency to be helpful. We had to go out on the town our first night in Miami, a Saturday night, clothes all wrinkled bc there was no iron or steamer in the unit.

location and art work inside

dirty and in need of renovation, contacted the staff a week before the visit to try and organise any requirements before as I new I would be flying long haul on the day, but it was all left to the last minute and this delayed us 1 1/2 hours in getting into the property. Neighbours in condo were noisy. use of booking.com was very painful - I would rate booking.com as poor
