Love the modern clean lines in the rooms. Everything was spotless! I love having the shower necessities in the bottles attached to the shower walls, and the Korres products are great! The location was perfect for a wedding we were attending, and I love all the nearby things to do. All the staff was super friendly and helpful.

I wish there was a microwave in the breakfast area. Maybe there was and I missed it.

Great location within walking distance from Washington University. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great little restaurants and coffee places around also. Would highly recommend.

There was a homeless man sleeping in the elevator of the parking garage so we had to carry our suitcases up and down the stairwell. When we told the staff at the front desk, they said oh yes yes always there but he’s won’t harm you. 😳

Only problem I had was not exactly knowing where it was because there wasn’t a sign on the building except right over the door. So that was kinda weird

we had plans to sit at the hotel bar from 5-5:45 and get some drinks and what not (before leaving for a like combs concert) and the bar never opened… they said “yeah sorry I think the bartenders just not coming in. we don’t know where they are at” then we got back from the concert and we’re about to hop in the shower and noticed we had NO towels besides the tiny face towels and one small one for the floor.. we hadn’t used any before either so they must’ve just not gotten restocked. I called the front desk and they said they don’t bring them up, but you can come grab some from down here. I just don’t understand how towels don’t get restocked and if they don’t, why aren’t they bringing them up to the room if I call? didn’t make much sense to me. not like this is some cheapy hotel!
