We love the location-near the airport and bus hub. Near the bus stop as well. Easy check in and check out process. We love the buffet breakfast. Kids also eat free in Giants Restaurant as long as there's one paying adult. The staff are all helpful- from reception to all the staff in restaurant. They clean the room and take rubbish out unless you place the do not disturb sign. Rachel-one of the duty when we had our first night goes above and beyond. She even went to our room to explain about our room concern and we feel valued. Thanks Rachel! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and is value for money. No wonder there's a lot of tourist coming in almost everyday.
I'm not sure but the bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan. Also, the room details on the booking says mountain view but we were placed on the other side where there is construction site view but I know the hotel doesn't have control over this. They gave us drink voucher as compensation as the mountain view wing has long term occupants.

The restaurant was nice to sit in with a relaxed atmosphere.

Breakfast was not always hot. Some building issues during strong winds, but staff were accomodating and helpful and sorted the issue promptly.

Professional staff. This is a standard and well equipped hotel. Well done Holiday Inn. Well maintained hotel. 20mins walk to Queenstown airport, or you can catch the public bus at the bus stop to the airport. The bus driver charged me 10NZD for the 5mins drive to the airport. Breakfast was good, as long as you have coffee, loaves of bread and fruits, I think you should be set to go. Thank you guys for the late check out, as I worked from the hotel, before catching my flight back to Auckland.

If your looking for an enjoyable place to stay for your holiday/vacation, look no further. Holiday Inn Remarkables will have it sorted. Value for money, close to everything, and excellent facilities.

Very modern room with a stylish bathroom and all the mod-cons. Clean, spacious and safe. Room service available. A short taxi ride from the airport.
Stayed in a 'mountain view' room but looked onto a lot of construction (new building) outside. Could still see the mountains though.

Liked everything about the hotel including location, proximity to airport, easy to navigate to and from. Staff were informative about local areas and bus routes etc.
Very short staffed when we stayed at the breakfast buffet. No food left when we arrived at 9:30 and the staff rallied to get coffees and eggs to us but everything took a long time considering there was only around 12 people in the restaurant. Assumed there was only one chef working on the day.

Great location (out of the central city crazy traffic). Breakfasts were excellent, great variety of different foods, including congee. Friendly and helpful staff, who coped very well with the influx of guests over the Easter period.
Very few parking spots outside and they were all taken very early. The underground parking cost $30 per day so we opted for the $11 per day parking in nearby airport lot. Not sure what will happen when this is all built up.

It was spacious and had a well stocked kitchen and incidentals like tea coffee etc, it also had a hot tub, which we didn’t use but would be nice for couples

As most HI places, it was very comfortable and clean. New hotel. Good location near the airport and a shopping area. Excellent breakfast. Staff were top notch; receptionists, cleaners, kitchen, bar all great.
Far from Queenstown centre although a nice 8km or so walk around the lake into town if you fancy it. Regular buses going from outside the hotel. Takes approx 40 mins if I recall correctly and costs just 2 NZD / person with a Bee card.

Frühstücksauswahl ist leider sehr eingeschränkt. Obwohl es einen Service für die Zubereitung frischer Eierspeisen beim Frühstücksbuffet gibt, war diese während unseres kompletten Aufenthalten über mehrere Tage nicht nutzbar. Es gab lediglich dieses aus Pulver hergestellte Rührei.

The parking outdoors only has a few cars allocated and then they take payment to park the car in their underground garage which feels already quite a bit. Should have more allocated parking outside for the amount of people that stay there as it’s close to the back door and easy to leave and go as your please.

Well appointed- nice decor and very comfortable beds with a choice of pillows. Convenient basement car parking is an available option for a reasonable charge. Good sized rooms and a great restaurant and bar downstairs.

Location is out of Queenstown, but has anything you need nearby. Because we had a car it was easy to get around. Bed was really comfy, room was clean and modern. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

There are some decorative fins attached to the outside of the building and these rattled all night in the wind and keep us up.
The neighboring room said they had the same problem. Reception tried to make out that was the first they had heard of the problem then admitted they knew about it.
