La posizione è stata perfetta per le nostre esigenze: nel centro di Pescara con tutte le comodità a portata di mano, negozi e ristoranti facilmente raggiungibili e la spiaggia a pochi passi da casa. Abbiamo soggiornato per 10 giorni occupando una camera matrimoniale e l'appartamento. Entrambe le soluzioni estremamente gradevoli e ben arredate.

L'appartamento per un soggiorno un po' lungo quale il nostro (10 giorni) avrebbe reso la nostra permanenza ancora più gradevole se fosse stato fornito di piccoli accorgimenti (quali lavastoviglie e lavatrice).

Camera ben arredata, insonorizzata e spaziosa. Il bagno altrettanto grande. Posizione direttamente sul corso, ottima per girare Pescara a piedi. Disponibilità e cordialità dello staff e del proprietario. Tutto perfetto! Consigliatissimo!

Ήταν καθαρό.Μοντερνα διακόσμηση καινούριο!Ειναι ακριβώς οπως φαινεται στη φωτογραφία και σαν μέγεθος αρκετά μεγάλο!Ειναι στο κέντρο ακριβώς !Γενικοτερα νιώθεις ασφάλεια γιατι παρόλο που είναι στο κέντρο είναι σε καλό σημείο και πρέπει να βάλεις 4 φορές τον κωδικό πρόσβασης σε διαφορετικά σημεία!Αυτο που δεν βρίσκεις εύκολα είναι ότι για να βγεις έξω εντελώς από το οίκημα έχει διακόπτη στο αριστερό σου χέρι αρκετά πριν βγεις έξω τον πατάς μένει ενεργό αρκετή ώρα ώστε να πας στην πόρτα και να ανοίξεις!Εχει διαφορα snacks και μίνι μπαρ για ότι χρειαστείς χωρίς επιπλέον χρέωση!Ειναι πολυ κοντά στο σταθμό του τρένου και των λεωφορείων και ακριβώς στο κέντρο!Πολυ ευχαριστημένη από τη διαμονή μου.

Good size room. Good quality and clean. Good location. Quick response to questions we had while using the facility. Quiet place to sleep.

Some issues with locking and opening doors could have been better explained in the communication before reaching the facility.

The apartment is centrally located within walking distance to main atraction and especialy the beach. Also the apartment is fully equipped and functional large rooms fully stocked minibar coffee and breakfast . these where replanished every day. we loved it to find the apartment clean everyday when we came back

one thing that we noticed that the entrance near the lift had a bit of a smell

The room was amazing, same as in pictures, clean and tidy , smell amazing. Located on main shopping street , very close to beach and train station. Host was very helpful, we dropped our bags at 10am and at 13 we could already move in , as we had early flight and were there already at 9am . Also on the check out day we could stay 1h extra. Definitely recommend place 🩷

I liked absolutely all about this room

Such luxury at a very affordable price. Great location in mall surrounded by really good shopping. Train station 500m, so close. Bed was insanely comfortable. Netflix, snacks. Shower was fantastic too

I liked literally everything about my stay in this room.. Everything was exceptional and comfortable, I'll surely choose this suite again when I'll come to Pescara again

The property is very very clean. The stove was wonderful.

Very helpful host! explained us how to use access code and reserved a parking lot for us last minute. The room was very tidy and we enjoyed attention to details like water in the kettle and coffee mashine, towels that smell nice, etc. Location is perfect, right next to central square, losts of restaurants 1-2 min away. Very affordable price comlared to other Italian cities. Fast WiFi.

It would have been nice to interact with a person f2f, however the team were very engaged via phone.

The apartment is in an ideal location: the beach, cafes, shops are all nearby. The apartaments are very nice & tidy, we were pleasantly surprised that they were cleaned during our stay.

Soundproofing: we could hear neighbors' TV & sounds from the cafe downstairs.

The room is located on the main street of the city close to stores and restaurants. The beach is just some minutes away. Great shower and bed. The owner was helpful and provided us with a place to store our luggage after checkout.

Perfect location so close to beach, restaurants and shops. Daniele amazing manager - one of the best ever property service managers we’ve ever had and we’ve rented a lot of properties!
