Nice place with nice breakfast. Location is OK if you are looking to go hiking in the area and see some waterfalls, but if you are looking for the more "touristy" and thus expensive location, you should head to the lake.

In Booking payment options, this property states that it allows payment by card, yet when we wanted to pay by card, they told us that the guy who knows how to use the POS is not available for a few days, so we had to pay in cash.

Comfortable room and delicious food friendly service

We stayed just for 1 night. Our host Mr. Chandana was very friendly and helpful. This is situated pretty much in the heart of Nuwara Eliya (next to the Nuwara Eliya hospital). Clean room and bathroom. No heaters. Small rooms good for budget travelers or for over night stay. However parking is very very limited.

Quantity is not sufficient, First time experience having milk powder to make tea on the table instead of Milk.

1. Caretaker didn't know the hotel room was booked online. 2. Credit card payment done while booking on booking.com was not processed 3. I was charged Rs. 2,783.00 extra including 3% CC fees and an unrevealed exchange rate. 4. Receipt not provided for payment made 5. Parking not at leisure. Nearly enough for 2 Vehicles. Or will have to park somewhere else 6. No shampoos or soap in washrooms even though it is mentioned in the order confirmation 7. Given contact number not working. Need to depend on booking.com customer support which doesn't have a clue about Sri Lanka. 8. Hot water 6.30am to midnight only 9. Broken Toilet seat covers

value for money, small & clean room, TV with internet is good , wifi available

Service and the place is very clean & neat. Highly recommend this place. Amila is the person who managing things there. He is really helpfull. And very kind person. His service was more than expected.

There s nothing that we have to dislike.
