1. The house is very spacious and comfortable. 2. The security of the area is very good 3. Good internet with netflix provided, there are only some movies that cannot be accessed. Overall very nice and comfortable worth the price.

1. The way to get the key is quite challenging like looking for treasure, hahahaha, but everything is okay, maybe because we are not familiar with the situation there, it is quite difficult to find the place of the key box. 2. The toilet floor is quite slippery and not suitable for the elderly and children

First time staying in apartment like this in JB and wasn't bad. The apartment is spacious and relatively clean. All aircon working well and very cold. Smart TV with Netflix provided. Water heater works well as well. The host is also very contactable via whatsapp and replies fast. Easy to get Grab to and fro the apartment building and security is very good at the entrances so safety is assured. There is covered linkway from JB Sentral/CIQ to R&F mall.

The apartment could have better upkeep. The ceiling fans and toilet ventilator fan were very dusty and the toilets still have some grime. The bed was very hard so those with back issues like me may have some problem. The pillows were also too soft. Did not use the kitchen utensils, etc so can't comment on those. The host provided clear direction on where to collect keys but it was still abit of distance to walk to collect the keys from 1 block while staying in another block. Could have been easier if key collection was from the same block. Wifi was very good in the living room but I can't play my video app on my iPad in the master bedroom as it's abit far from the router in the living room. Would be great if there was outdoor chair and table at the huge balcony. Just be aware there is nothing much at R&F mall as most shops are closed/unoccupied. The walk via covered linkway is quite a distance so those with elderly or young kids just be aware. Easier to just get a RM7 Grab from JB Sentral and save yourself the walk.

I like the apartment so much, it feel like home. Very clean, fully air-con and with complete cutlery & cooking utensil. Come with washing machine, no dryer but there is a drying rack. Location is very convenient, 650M to CIQ, JB City Sq & Komtar. Convenient grab pick-up. City grocer n few nice restaurant at the ground flr.

None. Just fr recommendation, maybe can provide simple vacuum so we can clean a bit ..haha
