Space and kitchen facilities

No one added extra toilet roll even though we were staying for a week. Perhaps a sign to say where we could have got it would’ve been nice.

It was close to the university and nearby several supermarkets. I liked how everything was included in the room (except for laundry, which is fine). The interior design was very pretty; it gave an elegant and classic style. I appreciated how the company allowed me to move my belongings into the apartment while I was moving between university accomodations.

The west wing entrance was annoying as you had to walk around the building to get to the west entrance. My studio was positioned right next to the entrance so I heard every time someone entered the building. On top of that, I could hear all the conversations that took place outside of the room in the hallway. The Wi-Fi was also very bad on my phone - I kept on disconnecting every 5 minutes or so. I also found some old stains by the desk. Also on the third day of staying there, a cleaner tried to enter my room, thinking that it was empty.

Nothing - we took one look at the room and left and booked into a hotel nearby.

A decoração do apartamento. Tinha o básico necessário.

A organização. Muita dificuldade no acesso aos apartamentos. Só depois de muitas tentativas (chamadas e e-mails) é que conseguimos que nos enviassem os acessos. Reservámos estadia para 4 pessoas e só havia lençóis e toalhas para 2 pessoas. Apesar de reclamar, só no dia a seguir é que consegui os lençóis e as toalhas, mas tive que ser eu a tratar disso. Resumindo, numa das noites não tínhamos lençóis para o sofá cama. Viajámos com os nossos filhos e não é muito agradável a ideia de os deitar num colchão sem lençóis. Muito mau.
